Thought about returning and getting a credit but the loopholes were difficult. Originally it stated a 30% refund if you would keep the clothes then they offered a 50% refund. I took the 50% refund to my credit card and will donate the clothing.

I bought these pants thinking they would be thicker in material. It's like wearing two thin pillows cases with the legs cut out. With shipping I paid $35 for some Shein crap. I could have gone on Amazon for half the price. When the pants are rolled up, they are not white like the pictures. I had to contact customer service because I hadn't heard anything from my order in a while and they did contact me pretty quick.

Whoever delivered dropped my package off at 1322 Belmont Ave exactly one street over from me. It's happened before both with mail and packages. The resident of the house brought it to me so I sent an email to you as soon as possible to let you know all was well.
I ordered 2 different dresses and when they finally arrived, they both were the same exact dress and color. I paid for expedited shipping which was supposed to be 7-10 days but received my order in 24 days.

Ordered dresses on 6/9. Qualified for free shipping but paid extra to have them shipped in 6-12 business days. Never heard from you til 6/29 that one item was out of stock & was given a couple of options. Now must wait for other two dresses, which were for a wedding next week. Happy with my purchase. Contacted customer service by email and received answer right away. Received the package 12 days after placing the order, which was within the expected time.
Ordered a floral dress which looks pretty close to the picture. Ordered a M and fits well. I'm 4'11" 145 lbs.
Took a very long time to arrive. That's when I realize that it is another Chinese company doing everything it can to appear American. Jacket was cheap material, way too big, and just a waste of time and money.

Without back views I was unable to make a well informed selection. The offer of keeping the dress and receive a credit towards purchase of another item was generous, but again without back views, accurate fabric descriptions, or arm circumference measurements my second choice also did not fit. Placed order 6/5/25 paid extra $9.99 for delivery with in 6-12 days - 6/29/25 still no delivery. I had made a emailed about the delivery and if i would get delivery charge returned with no response so I requested the order to be cancelled they said they could not cancel it as it was already shipped to be delivered 6/22/25 as of 6/29 still did not have. Reported to my CC company to not pay this charge.

I ordered what I thought would be the perfect dress for my nieces wedding. After waiting a few weeks I finally received. The dress looked nothing like it did I. The pictures. It was cheaply made and k owing a little about sewing myself, it looks like something I made myself as an amateur. The colors are not as beautiful and vivid as in the photo. It was described with metallic pattern and there was none at all. Very disappointing. I would not purchase from this place again.

My experience is extremely unsatisfactory. I ordered a shirt and received two emails with different numbers. Thinking that the order was placed twice i asked to have one order cancelled. I was contacted to say there was only one order number but that the item was no longer available. Then I received another email asking if I still wanted my order. Very confusing. Knew nothing about Curve Dream. Loved Talbot's and didn't know there was one in Bangor. Couldn't afford (retired and old). Loved Curve Dream dresses; tried for a small. It worked. Still have to do significant hemming. Otherwise fine for a family event this summer.
