My dress was delivered at this morning and it's exactly how the photo looks, it was packaged neatly and the courier was friendly. It managed to come here 15 days after I ordered it.
The bathing suits I received were perfectly sized, I am a size 18 and the 2x suits fit me perfectly! The quality is also great for what you pay for! I will definitely be ordering again. Shipping was also pretty quick, it took about a little over a week to come in.
I am a regular customer of Cupshe, their designs are the kind that make you want to purchase their whole website just to collect everything they have. The fabrics are high quality, so is the tailoring, and the cut fits perfectly every time.
I paid for expedited shipping that should take 6 business days. It has now been 5 business days and my package tracking said that it started in Texas but was never updated and when I contacted USPS, they said that they never received my package into their mail stream. Contacted cupshe three times and no response yet. Not happy!
I found out about this website through instagram ads. I had a wonderful shopping experience. I got a pair of jeans and shorts on Sunday. Good service and I received my products within 8 days. It fits me perfectly too.

My package arrived very promptly with excellent updates of the progress of my order. The dress exceeded all expectations! Not only was it well made and gave the impression of quality, it was conscientiously tailored and gave the fit I had hoped for given the measurements on Cupshe's size guide.
I did my research on their website and read all the shipping and returns rules and regulations and decided to trust it. I bought three items and received my order confirmation right away. I knew it would take a while to get to me since some business days are for processing and then an additional some days for shipping. I received all my items within just 15 days and everything was as it was on the website. Isn't it great to receive items so fast.
I love Cupshe! I also bought a dress to wear on my brother's wedding from Cupshe!. It was beautiful, made well, i used the sizing chart and it fit perfect! I received so many compliments from my friends and even they wanted to buy from Cupshe. Cupshe is definitely a star quality store.
I love the color, fit, and the price of this swimsuit! I really appreciate that they give you the model's weight and what size she is wearing so you can gage the size you need. This is a great online company to purchase summer wear from.
I ordered 3 bathing suits from this website at the beginning of the summer. I understood before I purchased them that they would be cheap and likely only last me a season. However, I wore the tie-dye blue suit for the second time today to the beach and the clasp on the back crumbled (yes-crumbled) into at least 7 pieces. I have no clue how this happened considering I was laying on a cushioned chair but when I lifted myself up my top was completely undone. The only way to keep my bathing suit on was to tie the straps into a tight knot which was very uncomfortable. I had to literally cut the bathing suit off of myself when I returned home. I get that these bathing suits are inexpensive and are made with cheap material- but the fact that I wore one for the second time and the clasp crumbled is unacceptable. I don't recommend and will not purchase another suit from this site.
My suits never came in the mail - when I asked for a refund, they told me they could give me a 50% discount... why should I only be refunded HALF when I received 0 items!?!? This is a total scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They left me without any time to order any other suits from anywhere else or time to go shopping, so thanks for ruining that for me. Worst only shopping experience ever and I shop online a LOT!

I purchased this bikini & a lace bralette set together my second time I ordered form Cupshe.com. I couldn't believe the price for the value & quality for the bikini! I wasn't very impressed with the quality of the lace set. The fabric is fairly kind of rough and abrasive for a lingerie set. Both are exactly as picture, but the bikini by far exceeded my expectations & fit true to size! Despite the items being shipped separately, they both arrived before the allotted ship time. I'm really glad I found Cupshe. I used to be an avid Victoria Secret shopper, but now I'm all Cupshe! It's affordable & the quality of the products by far surpasses those from VS. I will say that they should be a little more up front about their return policy. I purchased my favorite suit so far last month only to find that it didn't quite fit, so I wanted to return the item and get another suit I had my eye on. I like that they give you options, but they should definitely make it clear that return shipping is not free. I opted for their store credit option, which is pretty generous at 80% of the value of the items in question. Plus you don't even have e to return the item. I guess I'll see if my sister can wear it.

I love this store. First time shopping here and they have the best clothes and design. I buy clothes that don't fall apart and that stand the test of time. I love you guys selection.
CupShe isn't honest about their return policy. Website says you can return anything as long as tags are on, not worn. I ordered two of the same bathing suit in different sizes to see which fits better. The suit itself was fine quality, arrived at expected time and fit fine. Went to return one and I'm only offered 50% refund or 80% store credit. If they were clear on the front end I wouldn't have ordered two suits. Not ethical and I won't be ordering from them again.

The colour was accurate to the pictures on the website and I was quite impressed with the hand of the lining, which can often get neglected and be of poorer quality, this lining was well fitted and has a nice silky feel. I could be happier, I'm fully confident to purchase again and recommend without hesitation.
I will be reordering! It would be injustice if i do not say about the dresses as they were flawless, perfect fit and sexy. I also received so many compliments from my husband
This company completed RIPPED ME OFF! I paid $85 for swimsuits and dresses then they never came and so I emailed them and they said it will be here, NEVER CAME, emailed again said sorry ur stuff is out of stock we will send to u when we have it back and then they said they couldn't send it to me so they'd give me a refund but I told them multiple times I don't ha e access to that card anymore and they STILL funded it to that bank :) $#*!tiest online website and customer service I have ever encountered and I will NEVER be ordering from them again!
