I bought a swimsuit and read the returns policy. (See image attached of returns policy on the CupShe website) And yet on receiving the swimsuit, the product did not fit and was of a much poorer quality than is described. Basically, they are cheaply made using cheap fabrics, and it shows. When I contacted them to return it within 2 days of receiving it, I was offered a $20 store credit and to keep the swimsuit, or a $9 refund - yet still, to keep the swimsuit. What the?! Neither of these is good options. I've since read reviews and this seems to be what happens to a lot of customers. I've also seen that the company responds to bad online reviews offering to help - but I actually don't believe that they will help. I'm sure it's just for show! If they do actually supply a full refund, I will post it here.
UPDATE: After posting these reviews, I received a few more emails that increased the refund amount offered each time. In the end, they offered a $19.30USD refund, which I chose to accept to save me the hassle of posting the unwanted swimsuit. The swimsuit originally cost me $25.80USD. I can't help but feel if I hadn't posted a negative review here, they would have stuck to their original offer of $9 refund. Beware!

I bought 5 bathing suits from this company and read the return policy before ordering but they do not live up to what they say. None of the suits fit me so I tried to return them so I could get a smaller size, they offered me a 8.00 credit and then a 15.00 credit. Then they said I could order one bathing suit for no cost. This is unacceptable, when you state in your return policy that the suits can be returned you should live up to that. I read reviews after the fact and learned that everyone has had problems with returns. I was so disappointed that they didnt live up to their word. And the bathing suit they said they would send hasn't happened. So be very cautious if you choose to waste your money with these people.

Ordered two suits in September, using the size chart on the site. Suits arrived very quickly, but neither fit. One too small, the other too large. Emailed customer service, but after three days I still hadnt received a reply.
Thats when I went online and read all the poor reviews (my bad for not checking them first) about the hassle returning/exchanging items and not receiving full refunds. I was ready for a fight.
I then contacted them via Facebook messenger. The next day I received a reply, offering me a $38 credit to buy new sizes and I could keep the suits. My order cost $47, so I was not happy. Replied that I was happy to return the wrong sized items in exchange for correct sizes. After another 24 hours they came back, offered me a credit for the full amount and I could keep the unneeded suits. I took it, and immediately ordered the correct sizes.
I would have been satisfied, but my new order took far longer than the 10-13 days I was quoted. It took nearly 3 weeks for the order to arrive, and I had to hassle them for a tracking number when one wasnt provided initially. Now I have to try to sell the suits purchased in the wrong sizes.
Honestly, you can probably find suits just as good or better from more reputable sellers.

I received my order today and I rushed over here to write a review! Honestly, I have NEVER had a better experience with online shopping. I ordered 4 bikinis from Cupshe for my honeymoon in May, and they arrived so quickly! All of them were exactly as pictured and were in perfect, new condition. Best of all, they were affordable! They fit me like they were tailored to my exact body type! I was definitely hesitant to buy, but now I don't think I can stay away from this site! If you're thinking of buying from Cupshe, I am 5'4 and 143 pounds and I ordered all of my bikinis in mediums. They weren't too tight or too loose and the material was fantastic. Hope you have as much luck as I did!

It has been four weeks and my order still hasn't arrived. The tracking shows that it hasn't even left China yet! I've emailed CupShe twice and all they have said is that they will check with the shipping company to "hurry" the order... Don't waste your time!

I'll start with the quality of the items I ordered were good for the price, but they didn't fit. The one item was a sale item, however they obviously sent the wrong size (with no label or tags) and refused to accept the return. The 2nd items that I purchased were 2 bathing suits that also didn't fit. They offered me a coupon for 60% of the what I purchased it for saying "it will save me time and money". I responded with "I want a complete refund and it's unacceptable that they are offering a percentage of what I paid for as a store credit". I'm still waiting to hear back, but based on my experience on the first item it will take several emails back-n-forth to resolve. I've never heard of this type of return policy and it's not listed on their website. NEVER order directly from the site... order from Amazon to ensure you can return with no issues. I'm still in the process of trying to return. I will give them an opportunity to respond and resolve, but this is BBB report worthy because it sounds like they are ripping off customers.

Cupshe works very hard to make the return process long and cumbersome. They clearly do not want their merchandise back. The bathing suits I ordered did not fit. When I tried returning them, they offered me a partial store credit and said I could keep the merchandise. Why would one want to keep merchandise that doesn't fit and spend more money trying again? After about 5-6 emails back and forth, I finally offered to pay my own return shipping for a 100% refund. The return delivery was confirmed through UPS a few days later and now going on three weeks since without seeing a refund posted to my account. If you must order Cupshe merchandise, I recommend trying to go through amazon so that you can return the items. I will not bother ordering from this company again either way.

This company is extremely dodgy. They plaster all over their site 'hassle free returns' within 30 days, however when you actually try to return they say 'returns not accepted on marked down items' (not mentioned in their advertising). The problem is every item in their store is always 'marked down' from an exhorbitant sticker price, so they never accept returns. The quality of the swimwear is really poor, unflattering cuts and poor quality material - will never shop here again! SCAM!

I'd been looking at their Instagram ads and website for ages but couldn't believe that a $20-$30 bathing suit could be decent quality. I saw a suit I couldn't resist and decided to take the plunge. I just received my suit with CupShe and I'm really pleasantly surprised! Not only does the suit fit well, but the quality is actually very nice. I would compare it to buying a suit at Target. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased, but add another one to the list! First, it took 3 WEEKS for my order to arrive - in the states. I think we all do a lot of online shopping and this time frame is unheard of. I also am not satisfied with the fit of my suit - which was not on sale, and just like with everyone else, they are trying to offer me store credit or a partial refund. I can't believe this isn't more well known. I'll be putting reviews elsewhere to get this information out. Will NOT be purchasing from this company ever again.

I ordered three bathing suits, and all were way too large and not the dimensions stated. I requested a return and refund, and instead they are trying to offer me 40% of the $ value in return. Their website clearly states they offer refunds for sizing issues, and I've emailed back and forth with them a dozen times asking for a refund and they keep telling me that they don't want me to send back the bathing suit and will only offer a very partial exchange. Cupshe is a complete scam. I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought anything. I read the return policy before I made my purchase and when my swim suits did not fit I did exactly what the policy said to do. Now they want to offer me half the money in store credit. I bought 5 suits and two did not fit. Sizes vary from suit to suit. They responded since the suits were "sale" items they could not be returned. I believe they are based in China! Ordered a medium bathing suit that upon receiving did not fit. After fighting with the customer support about whether I should have to pay for the second bathing suit - when their return policy clearly states that returns and exchanges can be done for virtually any reason - the second bathing suit (a large) was the exact same size as the medium. I originally wanted to return the item and get my money back but they wouldn't let me. Since the second bathing suit was considered an exchange now the company will not return, exchange or refund me for the item. Altogether I have shelled out $53 and I have 2 bathing suits that I cannot use.
