Very satisfied with the resolution on returning a suit that didnt fit. Customer service seems somewhat slow in responding but the outcome was good.
Was unhappy with 3 suits that I ordered from this site and wanted to return (I kept 2). The English in the email correspondence was terrible, the return options made no sense, and it took almost a month before receiving a return address to send the suits back. I google mapped the return address and it's a shady looking home in Ontario. Seems like they give all sorts of different return addresses- clearly not a legitimate company. Fake profiles and paid reviews of "5 stars". Buyer beware!

I am a UK customer and fell in love with a swimsuit that i saw on Pinterest. I purchased on the 5th of Feb and was advised that delivery would be around 13 days, with a max time of 15 days. I had a notification to say the item was shipped the day after purchasing however, that is as much information as i have had to date.
I tried chasing with an email on day 15 after purchase to which i have had no response.
I have sent a subsequent emails and still no response. There is no phone number to ring to speak with anyone and i'm completely lost as to what to do next.
I paid over £20.00 for the item and the money was immediately taken from my account.

I ordered a large order because of the ability to return items (or so they claim). I have reached out to their customer service and filed multiple return requests, and have not heard back at all. It has been almost a full week with no response to any of my emails. This customer service is absolutely horrible and I wish I never ordered from them. They claim its easy to return, yet no one answers. It is a shame as I would have ordered here again if they made it easy to return. I really liked some of the suits I ordered.

I placed my order 4 days ago and when i click to track my package it says it is ready but hasn't been picked up yet b the carrier. My clothes should be on the way as the shipping stated it usually takes 5 business days total (already been 4 and it hasn't even moved from Cupshe lot).

Okay, so I've sent 4 emails to Cupshe, that have not been acknowledged, but they reply to my review on Sitejabber, claiming not to be able to find my order. I call BS! My order# is *******. They certainly didn't waste any time charging my credit card. I feel sorry for for the people (person because they're obviously short-staffed) that work for Cupshe customer service. They must get blasted with negativity and hate on a daily.

Received an order of 8 swimsuits and 6 of them don't fit me properly. Emailed customer service to return items, included pictures of barcodes and followed return instructions as per their website. It's been a week now, and 3 emails sent by me, and still no response from anyone. Seriously disappointed with the customer service at CupShe. It's a shame because the suits are cute, but I won't be ordering from them again if this is how difficult it is to return items. Perhaps the Better Business Bureau needs to be notified?

I ordered two suits on 2/10 (order *******). Both fit a little weird. I emailed about an exchange/refund on 2/15 including pictures, descriptions and everything asked to include. Have heard nothing. Followed up yesterday on both website and via email and still nothing. I understand it might take a day or two, but FIVE without any response? And online chat is only available 9-11PM?! I was tempted to just re-order the suits in another size but why would I send them more of my money? Bad.
UPDATE: After writing this review, and contacting/commenting on Facebook, someone promptly got back to me offering me store credit for the price of my items, without having to ship them back. I have re-ordered, with the understanding I can't do anything if these ones don't fit. Takes some effort but the suits are very good quality at very good prices. Appreciate the followups, when they finally did happen.
