You either get a coupon for future purchase or a 50% partial refund. I have no intention to ever purchase again. Unbelievable! Will never purchase from them again! Such poor customer service!

The swimsuits are worth the inexpensive price. We didn't have a problem with sizing. However, the customer service behind them is lacking. I placed an order and then discovered that I needed to add some items. Within the hour, I contacted them to see if I could amend my order, and was told that I could not, that it had already been shipped, but that they would give me a credit. This sounded odd, so I asked for confirmation, and was again told both that they had cancelled my order, AND that it had been shipped, and that there was no need to return the items. They then gave me a credit to apply to a new order. Strange. I placed the second order, using some of the credit, and paid extra for expedited shipping, which would've been free had they combined the two orders. I received this order and my daughter was happy. This week, we realized that the first order had never arrived. When I contacted them, they said I had cancelled it and got a credit. Not really, and yes, BUT... I suggested very reasonable solutions to them, but the most they could offer was to refund the difference in credit. And, I did receive this money on my Paypal account within 24 hours. I refuse to now place the original order a second time and pay for expedited shipping a second time, due to their poor communication! I would buy elsewhere. Due to their poor English, they've lost my business, and now we're scrambling to find swimsuits for the summer vacation.

UPDATE: Customer service contacted me after this review and offered me a $10 "cash coupon." Not certain what that was, I said yes, thanks, and was then given a credit to use on future purchases with them. Not really cash, then! I did appreciate the effort, but I will still not do business with them again.

They need to make their return policy clear and in bold print on the product page. The suit fit horribly and the return options are a. Order another suit with store credit they give you and pray it fits because it is not returnable or b. Keep the suit that does not fit and is useless and get a 50% refund. I was not up to taking the gamble on a new suit because of how awful the first one was and settled for half of my money back. If you are willing to sacrifice some money in hopes of a cheap swimsuit fitting then this is the place for you. If you are like me and like to be able to make returns from online purchases since you did not try it on - this site is not for you.

I purchased 3 swimsuits (according to their size chart) and only one out of three fit. Which means I CANNOT wear the two I purchased. But their ONLY options are to get a 100% Credit (in which there is no guarantee that the next set will fit AND you cannot get another refund if they do not fit with a credit) - or, you can take a 50% refund and keep the suits. What good does that do to me? The suits dont fit and I dont get my money back.

Terrible policy and not clearly states in their website. Wouldnt recommend to anyone or ever purchase again.

My wife and daughter purchased several swim suits with 2 different orders. My daughter initially purchased 5 swim suits, but 2 did not work as the fit was off. One would expect this to the case in trial and error with swim suits. I emailed customer service to initiate a return and the response was that we could get 100% Refund with a Coupon but only 50% partial refund and keep the swim suit. Keep in mind we have no use for the swim suits as they didnt work out.

My wife ended up liking the swim suits, so she purchased several which have been shipped. We wish we would have known about their terrible refund policy. There is NOTHING on the website stating anything about their Return Policy in line with the information I received in the email from customer service.

I ordered multiple suits, because I had a 20% off promo code. When I submitted my order, I realized the promo code I put in had timed out. I contacted the company, and they responded that they couldn't resubmit the order. They were not accommodating, but it was my fault (sort of) so i didn't think much of it. THEN wanted to return 2 of the suits related to sizing issues. I contact them using the only way accessible on their website, and never heard back from them ( sent 2 messages). They are inexpensive bathing suits, but if they don't work for you, you're out the cost. Not very Impressed.

I have had a great experience with cupshe. I love the bikinis i get from cupshe, they are unique and long lasting ones. The material qualities are very fantastic. I have made several purchases from cupshe and i am always pleased with the bikinis i get. They are also affordable, i get the same sizes i order for and they fit well enough to get compliments when i wear them always. I ordered my first bikini from CupShe. From the first time i saw pictures of it online, i knew it was made for me, and it was at a very low price. I did not have any reason to say no to it. I like how the top of the bikini leaves the bottom of my breast bone a bit exposed. Its exactly as pictured online, it fits perfectly well, and it got to me in time too. It's truly amazing that they have every fashion piece that you could imagine. Items are well made, they're safely packed and they look perfect on you. Everything has different sizes to choose from, many cool colors. Payment is quick, no problems with that. You can track your order and Cupshe.com even send you links to it. Almost always all their service and posting is simple and fast, along with this their products are of nice quality and not super pricey!

I purchased 2 swimsuits. One fit very nicely, is good quality, although I am not very happy with colors (are slightly different then on website). The second one is disaster. Doesn't fit at all.
I tried to return one and they offer you 120% value coupon. You can buy another one but if you again will not like the item you can't return it. Second option is you will get 50% money return and you can keep the swimsuit.
It should be clearly written on website that returns are not that easy as in many other online stores. I will probably never order from them, especially stuff like swimsuit knowing their return policy. I rather go and spend 10-20$ more and buy one in regular store or online where their return policies are normal.

So I ordered 2 suites. I got 2 similar suites in two sizes I was in between. Neither fit. One being way too big and the other being way to small. I am trying to return it and my options were to take a coupon for 120% of the value or keep the suites and have a 50% refund. I spent $60 before shipping. Why would I let them keep $30 because their size chart is way off? Plus the other option isnt appealing to me either, due to their sizing issues. When I asked for a full refund due to their sizing chart being so clearly off. They gave me two options, pay for expedited shipping (3 days) and tracking, or the 50% offer.
If you like the suites you are better off going on amazon prime to buy the suite. You get free shipping and returns. I will never buy from cupshe again.

After I placed my original review, Cupshe contacted me to let me know that they could refund the cost of the duplicate swimsuit. I returned the swimsuit to their address in NJ and today I received the refund in the credit card I used to buy it. I appreciate this gesture but it's unfortunate that it took so much complaining and finally placing this negative review to have them react. My advice is to just be careful when placing your order. Be sure to create and account to be able to log-in in case you need to revise your order and read carefully their exchange and refund policy.

"I ordered 2 bathing suits and when I got the confirmation email I saw that they were sending 2 of one of the models I chose plus the other one and therefore charging me for an extra item. I immediately tried to log into the account I created to review the order and cancel the extra item, but was unable. Their system didn't recognize my email nor the password I had entered. So I chose the "Forgot Your Password" option and entered my email so that I could reset my password and I got "No Account Found With That Email". I then start emailing back and forth with their service people. They told me I hadn't registered, I told them I did, that I had gotten an email from them confirming my registration. Back and forth. No help. Today, finally after 12 days I received the bathing suits, 3 of them as I was afraid, but I'm not going to even bother trying to return it for a refund on an item I did not order. Very disappointed with their service."
