I bought these bathing suits in two sizes to see which ones would fit better and the sizes are completely wrong. I sent an EMAIL why don't they have a customer service number is beyond me. But they sent me some generic message saying I didn't send the right information and that I will not get a full refund. They do not respond promptly at all and doesn't give you an address to return the items. This company looked great online but DO NOT SHOP HERE! WIsh me luck that they will send me an actual return shipping adddss and I get my money back... from what I see here it is highly doubtful. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!

The first time I shopped here I ordered 4 suits and returned 2. The 2 suits I kept are nice and surprisingly good quality for the low price. They had an interesting return policy where I could actually not mail them back the 2 I didn't want, just accept a $5 fee on each and the rest would be refunded. Seemed simple enough.
A couple months later I ordered another bikini and didn't like it. When I went through their return process, their options were totally different and worse for the customer. Now they say you can return it to them for full store credit, but whatever you buy with that credit is not returnable. Or you can accept only a 50% refund and hold on to the suit. For a bathing suit company that seems pretty insane - buying bathing suits without trying them on is tricky business, and returns should be easier. I complained in my response and got a canned reply not addressing any of my concerns, or even apologizing for their change in policy. Super shady.

Basically, the prices are very low so it still might be worth it to buy their suits, just don't expect good things from the return process.

I am enjoying shopping on Cupshe.com. I especially like the trendy designs that are flattering for young, old and different body shapes and sizes, and, of bikinis the low, low prices. Cupshe offers a variety of shipping choices that makes it easy to mix and match options that meet your personal needs. PayPal is also available. I liked the style of bikinis on the site and I liked the prices, even more, so despite the bad reviews I took a risk but now I am completely satisfied because of its amazing fabric+ the quality and shipping which has gained my trust. I will be ordering soon. Highly recommended!

The quality of the bikinis is great, and the bikinis look just like the website shows. The bikinis are true to size. It takes a while to ship but with that in mind, it is worth waiting for your bikinis! Overall love this site and will order from them again in the future. They have very original bikinis styles, I order a few bikinis for my girlfriend and she loved them all. Even though I love it very much!

I have had an excellent shopping experience in Cupshe, I definitely recommend that online store, since everything I ordered arrived in the established time, they have an excellent presentation because everything arrives very well packaged, it seems to me a very professional page, besides everything I order comes from a very good quality and they are too kind when it comes to solving doubts, they have very original Bikinis styles, I love it very much!

Their sizes are off and they refuse to take any responsibility. I was charged $15 shipping g for getting my bikinies which were way off and they just were ignorent about it. They refused any assistance. Infact asked me to keep them and they would deduct $5 more off each item.! Like really? They don't fit me why will I want to keep them and on top of that spend more money. They refused to give me a return shipping label. So now I paid $15 for getting it $5 for shipping it back and all for nothing. So beware it's a hoax. Customer care is terrible. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM. They send automated replies most of the time. Half the time I hear replies are not even answers to your questions, they are just random.
Worst experience ever.!

I ordered 3 one pieces from cupshe. Everything went well and I received them in 3 days. Later I ordered one more. Days went by and I didn't get any shipping details so I emailed Cupshe. It was out of stock. They offered me 3 options and one of them was full refund. So in total i had sent 2 emails - one asking where my suit is and one asking for a refund. 2 days later I got a full refund. I was so surprised because I was sure to be scammed. When I received my refund I continued shopping from Cupshe because I love the suits and I haven't had any bad experiences!

I ordered a number of swimsuits (Order number *******) having read on the website they offer a Hassle Free returns policy. However, upon trying to return my items, after multiple emails back and forth, I was offered the following:

-Hassle-Free Return: Don't worry about going to the post office and returning it to us. You can keep the items - we'll simply deduct $5 for each item you would like to return to cover our first processing fee. And the refund will be processed in 24hs. If you would like to choose this option, please confirm your payment account is still active.
- If you still prefer to make a full refund, please ensure that the product is unwashed or not damaged and then you can return the product to the us within 3-5 days, and let us know the return shipping carrier and tracking number. So that we can quickly process your refund once we receive the products. Unfortunately, we don't offer shipping label and not responsible for shipping back fee.

I picked the second option and paid the postage at the beginning of July, filling out the relevant forms for customs, however, I have still not received a refund. I have since been contacted by TNT regarding an export fee that I was never made aware of.

I have emailed Cupshe multiple times on this issue requesting a call back and continually receive emails which are generic responses; not responses to my emails.

Having spoken about my experience with friends, it appears the exact same happened to others and I will never use Cupshe again. Shame as I loved the bikinis!
