I bought two suits for my daughter. They did not fit, so I emailed to get return information. Was told I could keep the suits (did not want) and they would give me 120% coupon for another suit or 50% refund and I could keep the suit. I told them neither were an option and I would pay to ship the suits back. After sending the suits back and waiting for a refund, I finally emailed again a month later. They gave me the run around and then said they would refund. I am still waiting! Ridiculous. The suits were cute and good quality-but they didn't fit right. Horrible return expeience!

I ordered 4 bikinis, 2 high waisted and 2 midrise. All 4 were beautiful and good quality, 2 of them just didn't quite fit how I would like. I emailed customer service and they quickly got back to me with their return options. All communication was speedy and helpful, I couldn't ask for a better online shopping experience. Sizing is pretty true to size, definitely read the reviews to ensure it's how you're expecting it to be, size up or down based on reviews or style.
I ordered XL in both, I'm 5'81/2" and 190lbs typically wear size 14 and 3 8D chest

I have purchased upwards of 10 suits from Cupshe and have never had any problems. The suits are great quality and the price is great. The 2 times I have had problems with my suits, the customer service has been great!

Suits are nice, worth the prices charged. Return policy easy but they do not issue return shipping labels. All returns are on your dime. They responded to my inquiries within 12 hours. Will order again. I paid by Paypal and got my refund immediately once the items were shipped.

I ordered a few different bathing suits from this company. They are all very cute and modern designs, and affordable prices. Every time I have had an issue (suit doesn't fit, style doesn't look good in person, etc.) the customer service has been prompt and helpful.

I love the unique bathing suits offered for every body type. The prices are way below so many other sites and retailers. And when I experienced a problem with one of the suits that I had ordered, the customer service representative made sure to contact me in a timely manner and offer me several options for returning. I have so many suits from cupshe I think I might have a problem. The quality for the price is unbeatable. I love every suit I've received. Most of the suits are true to size, but I have gotten a couple that were too small. When I contacted the help desk they gave me a code for another suit for FREE (including shipping) and didn't require me to return the previous suit. Unbelievable! I get so many compliments whenever I'm on vacation. 13/10 would recommend.

I love the swimsuits on this site! They are so cute and diverse. The material was really good and the customer service is timely with response and resolution. I I ordered 2 suits, one I fell in love with and the other I didn't like how it fit on me personally, so I requested for a return/exchange on that piece and customer service handled things promptly. I can't wait for my other swimsuit to arrive! So overall a great experience I am definitely ordering again from CupShe in the future!

First of all, the suits are adorable, comfy and great quality! Some I have received are a bit big for me but cupshe took care of me, making getting the right size easy and stress less! I have never received service like I have with cupshe! They reply to emails within a day of sending! The return/exchange is unlike any I have ever experienced! Honestly the best! I am shocked by some of the other poor customer service reviews. I ordered a medium as I fit in that sizing, but I am not small busted. When the suit arrived (on time!) the top wouldn't fit at all more like a B cup. I emailed them and asked if I could exchange for a bigger top as the bottoms fit fine. They quickly replied and said just keep the set and they will send a new one in what ever size I wanted. Which they did. My only complaint I wish I could just order a top in an XL and bottom in a M. But Love Love the suit. It was the All about U Stripe High-waist. I have a pool and like to use different suits to cover tan lines so I will buy again!
