Booked a flt with A T I airways and somehow crystal travel intercepted it,,, charged 700 dollars to my card and never received any confirmation. I requested it over the phone 3 separate times with a promise it would be forthcoming, never happened! Called again talked to someone in India with a promise from him that the charge would be returned... you guessed it, never happened. Still trying to fight it with the card co. No luck. (U S. Bank visa.) be very careful when you book on line, they intercept and keep your money. BE AWARE OF CRYSTAL TRAVEL.

I took a chance on a discount ticket to visit friends. I just happened to check my flight about a week before the trip, only to find out that the flight had been cancelled. I contacted the airline, and they told me they would refund Crystal Travel, and that I would have to contact them. So far I have not heard back from Crystal, I had to buy a last minute (expensive) ticket, and have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Le$$on learned.

I surprisingly had absolutely no issues when I booked my trip to Scotland. I read other reviews that apparently this company is very scammy. That made me nervous. I don't know why my experience was so good. But hey, I'm not complaining.

The offers seen online and on call do not match. When you have locked on a price online and the option do so looks to be still valid, customer service says otherwise. The discrepancy between the website and phone call is deceiving.

Crystal travel was very helpful in helping my find the best fare for my flights. The fare didn't exist any more on the airlines flights but Ashley was able to find them at a very good price.

He was very helpful and prompt. The airline took a while to get my e-ticket to me but when I contacted Ashely about this, he re-assured me and made sure the ticket would arrive and it did.

It was so easy to do. I booked my flight at about 1am to fly on the same day at 9pm. The confirmation came through the morning, but a consultant called both contact numbers to made dure that I have received the e ticket. He was very concerned. Great service Crystal travel And I would use them again.

Save yourself don't buy here. The tickets seem cheaper at first but they don't confirm and you have to call them to see why you didn't get an email than they tell you the ticket is without any bags when clearly google flights even says its with a bag per person as all international flights are than they raise the price by more than 500 dollars to include a bag. This strategy is used to deflate the prices and gain customers and scam them after you talk to them on the phone otherwise you don't have a ticket and also good luck with getting your refund without a fight or an email for that matter. BEWARE, STAY AWAY.

I booked business travel and the flight was immediately cancelled. Then a middle eastern person called and requested credit card infomration for a ticket at a higher price.

Typical Bait & Switch. Post low prices. You tend to purchase. The purchase is "pending". They call you back, saying that fare is not available, and trying to stiff you with higher rate. This is an unethical, terrible company, and maybe in UK this is ok. In the US this would be persecuted as a scam, as bait & Switch is illegal in the US.

The first agent I spoke to was extremely rude and laughed at me when I said I wanted a certain flight. The website said I had booked it, but he said that wasn't true and charged me $150 more for a flight. That should've been my first red flag. The online agent I asked about my e-ticket was also very rude. I called again and the guy that answered, while nicer, assured me my e-ticket would come within 30 minutes and that if it did not, he would cancel for free. It still didn't come. They tried to say it was my email, which was untrue as I was getting emails from other companies at the time. They refused to cancel it for free for me as they promised. I would never, ever do business with them again! Stay far away like the plague!

Me and a friend booked through Crystal Travel separately-- separate card and separate accounts.

They ended up charging her card twice and when she called to refund one of the charges, they were saying they would only refund it with a $300 cancellation flight fee. She ended up having to talk on the phone for over an hour to get them to refund without the extra charge.

We thought everything was well, until it turned out, they ended up canceling MY flight. We didn't even book together, just the same flight so how was MY name on the canceled reservation? I didn't even get a confirmed email of the cancellation but I did get one of the confirmation for the flight. We used different cards too. VERY SKETCHY! Everything was wrong on the confirmation email, gender, the name of the traveler, etc. Do not book with them if you don't want to call your bank to dispute the charges. Very weird and fraudulent company. Do not trust them! Many reviews said they tried to charge them $500+ the week of their travel. SAVE YOUR TIME! Pay a little more for your flight through a trusted provider.

Not to mention, all of their "customer support" had very american names but were clearly foreign. Names like "John Morris" "Ben Clare" Sounds like scammers to me. They were clearly Indian. Kept getting transferred to different customer support on the phone but they would sent emails from the same person. So weird.

Advertises prices fake prices lower than the competition then calls to raise the price higher than the competition.

Purchased plane ticket on Asiana Airlines from Los Angeles to Manila on August 18. Priced was originally $881. Two hours later they call and say the price was really $1151. The price for other websites was $925.

Just got back from Marmaris (Turkey) holiday that we booked with Crystal Travel. Their website is quite easy to use and the deals really better as compared to other companies, at least that's by our experience. Our holiday this year cost just over £359 for each for 4 star (Club Dorado) hotel for 7 nights on the beach front. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and the Thursday market is a popular attraction. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to Marmaris main road. We really enjoyed the bars and the market. The hotel staff were very warm & friendly and we got to know them through crystal. The hotel was the way described on the website and we got what we agreed on. The details over the website were very reliable and by word, their blog on the city was also very helpful. Overall a great holiday at a good price.
