Lets you start with the cheap price and then change the price on you after you enter details - they change the price on you. I would never recommend them to anyone. I didn't buy the ticket from the ticket from them once they pulled that trick on me.

BIG SCAM, Never book a ticket with them. If you book a ticket they send an email saying "Payment Under Verification" and they provide some phone number for a call. If you call them, they answer barely and they will say that flight no longer available. They offer different flights with un reasonable prices.

I am wondering how they connected to Google Flights

I booked a trip to Krakow with them. I was meant to have a tour of a local site on the holiday. A day before I called asking for information regarding the tour. They said it hadn't been booked and rearranged it for another day. Then on the day of the tour the taxi that was apparently booked never arrived, I called them up and they said it was my fault as I hadn't booked the taxi myself, even though the person on the phone said my ride was all booked. After the trip they agreed to give me a partial refund. The holiday was almost 5 months ago and I am still waiting for this refund.

Went to book two direct flights to Bangkok, priced up at £882 in Agoda and redirect to Crystal travel. Put in our details, made the payment only to be told on the webpage that the booking was pending. Alarm bells went off when we were doing the booking and Crystal wanted £88 pounds each way to pick our seats, the site showed just 4 seats available in a tiny cross section of the B777 aircraft. This semed strange as the booking was 5 months in advance, and we have done this flight several times before, booking well in advance.But thought it maybe o.k.

Two minutes later got a call from a bloke with a western anglo type name, but his accent was not western or Anglo.

He went on to tell me that my booking was not completed, that the seats we had booked were now another £200 more expensive per person. His excuse was that someone booked the other seats that were available and as such our price was elevated by £200.

Their website is deliberately underpricing flights to bait customers to book and then the call you 2 minutes later with a higher price, knowing that you were keen enough to book and pay just moments earlier. It's a lowlife scam.

The guy on the phone was argumentative and unprofessional, he made a habit of refering to trustpilot reviews. I hope he refers to this one.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had traveling. Months everything was wrong! The person I spoke to on the phone lied to me said the trip was 100% refundable 100% changeable if I "upgraded" and I wouldn't need to buy the additional insurance. Needs to cancel as one member of the trip was not well—— I was told I had to pay a cancellation fee before receiving my 60% +\- refund so I tried to change the tickets around to make it easier and was told I was not able to change origin or return location no matter what! And if I wanted to change the dates I would have to pay a fee about 25% of the ticket cost. We where forced to use the original tickets or we would have lost money.
After the trip I did some checking and found MANY reviewers saying this same "bait and switch" type practice happened to them.
I originally tried booking these tickets on kayak with Asiana airlines, the transaction wouldn't go through this person called me and said "we see the transaction didn't go through" I thought they where with Asiana as they never specifically said who they where. I thought it was Asiana trying to help but this "company" intercepted the call and lied to me. If I could give negative stats I would HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I made a reservation for a Kuala Lumpur-NYC via Doha trip on 5 June via Crystal Travel. I walked in the Kuala Lumpur airport that day only to find that my first flight had been cancelled, which I had never been made aware of. I called Crystal Travel's customer service number in order to ask them to book me on a new flight asap, but no one picked up. I wrote an email titled "URGENT" and am still to get an answer to this day. I got my problem resolved by the airline themselves (Qatar Airways), they booked me on a new pair of flights operated by other airlines that left later that day - the airline said that my initial flights had long been cancelled and Crystal Travel had been made aware of that and had to forward me the info (which the airline could not do themselves because Crystal Travel had not entered my email address in the form they provided the airline), which they never did. Unprofessional. This was the first time I booked with Crystal Travel and it will be the last.

You will not be able to cancel and get a refund. Simple as that. They make it impossible. There is literally no way to get your money back.

Avoid!

Booked flight ticket last minute and due to a protocol on the system, my son wasn't listed on the passenger list and had to buy last minute elsewhere. Not professional and not what is needed at 5am when you get to the front of the check in.

If the option were available, I would rate this company zero stars due to their deplorable business practices and customer service.

My journey of disappointment began when I was redirected to their website in search of tickets to Istanbul this summer. Intrigued by their competitive prices, I was led to believe I had successfully purchased the tickets, even receiving a confirmation email to back up this belief.

However, my optimism was short-lived. Fast forward two months later, and I found myself on the phone with their customer service, seeking answers as to why there had been no further communication regarding my flight due to take off in a mere 2 weeks.

Following numerous transfers between customer service representatives, each requiring me to repeatedly relay my booking and personal details, I was finally presented with an unsettling revelation. Despite the initial confirmation, my tickets were not "confirmed," and in fact, no purchase had ever been made on my behalf.

Their proposed solution to this conundrum? To re-purchase the same tickets, now suddenly inflated by a baffling 20%. I was left with the distinct impression that this tactic is employed intentionally as a means of inflating their profits.

Consider this a warning - do not make the same mistake I did. Patronizing this company could very well lead to the disruption of your travel plans and unnecessary stress. In this case, the saying rings true, "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is." I strongly advise avoiding this company and seeking your travel arrangements elsewhere. Your peace of mind and holiday enjoyment depend on it.

Did not identify business name. Lead me to believe I reached airline on the phone. High charge to use all my miles! I would have hung up if I learned they weren't Alaska Airlines. Never again!

Complaint
I searched a confirm family ticket from a www.cheapflights.com... paid money 40 days in advance to Crystal travels which was allocated by cheapflight as a best deal.

On the date of travel when I went to airport for check-in... the airlines refused to accept ticket issued by Crystal travel as a valid ticket.
When I called Crystal travel for explanation... the customer service (Angelina) shamelessly asked for more money or said take a refund!

Nightmare right!

Please de-list Crystal travel and cheapflights to save fellow future travellers from such a trauma.

Worst Travel agency, DONT trust their words FREE DATE CHANGE... you pick any date which is cheapest everywhere, this Travel agency still charge you £118 as minimum fare... Also please remember NO REFUNDS... Any airlines might charge £100 and give you full refund, but this Travel Agency keep all our money and NO REFUND to Customers. They are cheating customers and making money. They are not FLEXIBLE, NO Loyalty, NO ETHICS, NO VALUES... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE YET ALL... Only during booking you see nice words and pleasing talk. Then after HORRIBLE and WORST. Their managers Muneer is at another LEVEL. Talks according to Terms & Conditions 12, 14, 16 like that... So DONT GET TRAPPED into this Agency. Better you find someone else or book direct with Airline only. DONT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY... YOU WILL LOOSE EVERYTHING. BE CAREFULL!

WASTED 12 HOURS OF MY LIFE! CLAIMED BOOKING EXPIRED, WANTED 2X THE COST. CHAT BOX SAYS THEY REPLY IN 30 SECONDS, TOOK THEM OVER 2 1/2 HOURS TO SAY HELLO. CALLING IS A COMPLETE JOKE, TOLD TO CALL BACK IN 2 HOURS, 3X. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

Our departing flight was cancelled 2 weeks prior to our trip, which is admittedly not their fault, but they were TERRIBLE HORRIBLE with helping us with the mess after. They reserved a flight for us on an alternate flight that was way later than we needed (we were traveling for an event) AFTER WE TOLD THEM NOT TO book the alternate flight. They were absolutely no help in communicating to the airline, rude when we called to get updates, and are USELESS as a travel service. They wouldnt respond to any emails, said they would call us with updates and never did, were not clear with information when we would call. This company is useless.

This company deserves zero stars, I booked a flexible flight with them when the covid situation was bad, and when we needed to cancel was told we would just need to pay the difference with no fees. Then I called them to book a new flight and they requested double the amount difference that was showing on the airlines website. In the end we had to cancel as we were being passed about from person to person who really don't have a clue. This company are all based in India, using names like Sam Jones etc, clearly taking the calls from home or a call centre in India. To cut a long story short we asked for a refund, only to be told that for our party of 4 people would incur a fee of £150 per person. In total they took £600 from us. We are now going through ATOL to get this company looked into. I am leaving reviews on wvery review site, as customers need to know what they're dealing with. SO DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AND GO ELSEWHERE.
