Scam! Stay away!
I tried calling Alaska airline and somehow got connected with Crystal travel.
They charged me $500 for a credit to my fly and didn't do anything.
When I called to Alaska airline they said that a credit for cancellation is free.
Crystal travel been rude over the phone and refuse to refund my money.
Stay away from this scam company!
