Sophia had dealt with all my Queries and concerns that I had regarding making the bookings. She is very efficient and am well pleased with the outstanding service that she had provided, this is my first experience with Crystal Travel and am really impressed would recommend to friends and family and will come back to book further holidays( providing everything goes well as I haven't gone yet)
