“Crystal travel was good”

Hi, Sarah from crystal travel was very calm and very clear. I would consider myself a difficult customer on this occasion. I was changing my mind with dates and adding items then deleting them. Sarah was very helpful and I would consider her a great ambassador to your company.
Can someone please send her a box of chocolates for me.
