Completely unhelpful

Completely unhelpful. I got an email that said if I love, comfy, colorful clogs to use the promo code to take 15% off my next purchase with small print that it could only be used on footwear. When the code wouldn't apply, I contacted customer service (I was 40th in line) and the only response they would give me is that promo codes don't apply to the clogs.

Having always wanted a second pair of Crocs which Joe Bloggs couldn't be seen in, I thought that if i typed in www.crocs.co.uk you'd think it would come up with an english website. All the prices were in UK pounds with a GB flag on the website. I saw a lovely pair of Crocs which I hadn't seen on any website online. I ordered a UK size 11 and when it arrived (from the Netherlands I hasten to add), it was too small. Their contact number *******703 is incorrect and the only other way to contact them is by email. They claim that goods can only be returned with an RMA number which will be sent to you within 2-5 days. Well after 7 days I had to email them for this RMA number. They send you an email with a link to a prepaid returns label to an address in Rotterdam. It's at this point you realise that you have been tricked into thinking you are dealing with a company based in the UK. Not only would I suggest you stay clear of this website but tell your friends & spread the word.

Bad business

Crocs are cute and they're actually comfortable however when you place an order and 10 days later it still hasn't arrived on time for your granddaughter's birthday that's just bad business

I was familiar with the original style crocs and and am loving the new comfy styles with heels! They have lots of colors and cute flats that look like the jellys I used to wear when I was a child. And the best part is I don't have to sacrafice comfort for style!

I returned a pair of size 11, white classic Crocs. I got charged $67.19CDN. I got a text for a link for a refund of $30.98CND. Why do they send links for refunds and why is there a difference in what I got charged on my credit card and a small amount of $30.98. What kind of scam are you guys running here? Return policy is horrible! I had to pay for my own shipping for return. I called customer service to understand why my return amount is different, I waited 30 mins before a live representative answered and when they finally picked up, they couldn't tell me why my return is a lower amount, then the phone hangs up. The live chat doesn't work, and email complaints page on the website doesn't send property. The whole thing is a scam! I will never buy or recommend purchasing anything from crocs website EVER! HORRIBLE! DISGUSTING! Someone needs to know about this scam.

Spent over $70 bucks on the Hiker Xscape Festival platform sandals. They are really comfortable but the right side where it hold the back of your foot broke. I had it for less than 2 weeks.

I've been wearing Crocs since the start. They are great for camping or taking the dog out. The product isn't the issue. The issue is the awful website and even worse customer service.

Here's one example: I placed an order for a pair of Crocs but the following morning was near a store so I bought a pair in person. I thought it would be simple to cancel the online order, since I had placed the order and it hadn't yet shipped. Right?

WRONG. Customer service said I could not cancel the order. Even though it was a few hours since I placed the order and there was no update to it I was told it was too late, so no way, no how. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe the order was already picked and packed. Right?

NOPE. THREE WEEKS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER IT HAS FINALLY SHIPPED. Three weeks since I was told it was too late to cancel the order.

Stunningly awful. Stay away from Crocs.

One STAR is ONE TO MANY! Placed my order three weeks ago and I am still waiting for my delivery. CROCS not worth the aggravation. Or the pain of finding out that after you tried reaching them that they taught to say; "I UNDERSTAND BUT I CANNOT HELP!

Worse company I've ever dealt with.

The worse company I've ever dealt with. They hold you money for half a month before even sending the crocs. If they send the wrong pair you have to send them back. They won't exchange them, they will make you re-order a new pair. They will take that money and still not send those pair until a half a month. It's like whatever you order they then take your order then send off for your crocs to be made instead of having them on hand and ready to send. This is a BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I'm sure this review won't pop up on their site. I'll have to copy and paste it to every place that has crocs reviews. I tried calling them for a week straight no answer. They leave you on hold for an hour then hang up. I tried to cancel my new order that hasn't even been processed yet and it's been a whole week. The guy told me "unfortunately I can't cancel that order". NEVER ordering here again once these crocs come that I ordered for my girlfriend. I'm sure it will be here by February 2023 and it's December 27th, 2022. Then when I send the ones I have now back they will probably take a month before I get my money back too. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Placed an order for Christmas gifts in November...its 3 days before our first gathering and NOTHING! No response from emails or text messages! I am reporting them to the BBB and seeking legal action. GARBAGE COMPANY $#*! CUSTOMER SERVICE! But of course no problem taking my hard earned money!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I placed an order for a birthday present on 11/******* was informed it would take 2 to 4 business, WHICH WAS A CLEAR MISREPRESENTION TO LURE UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS IN. It has been 10 days and my order has not even shipped! And all I have been told, when I call and phone is not busy over the course of 2 days, at various times, that nothing can be done, no date can be provided for shipping, order still being prepared, also on the website AND that MY PATIENCE IS APPRECIATED! Who do these people take people for? This is absolutely an abhorrent fashion of treating paying customers. I think it's disregarding, dismissive and disrespectful. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE CROCS AFTER THIS. I call today and again was told order still is being prepared and now the time to deliver is 10 plus days. I am so angry that I placed this order and would cancel but I am afraid it would take until 2025 to get my refund if these inept people have anything to do with processing one. CROCS SUCK!

Super Disappointing
December 19, 2019

At Christmas time I like doing "Family Santa" gift. We all get the same gift from Santa. This year I thought it would be fun to all get crocs. I placed the order in November. I received the order ten days before Christmas... and it was incorrect. I left several messages with no response. I finally got in touch with them today. I told them they needed to send the rest of my order. The customer service rep offered to give me a coupon and let me order some more online. I told him that was not adequate. Since they take so long with their shipping I told him since I had already paid for the items he needed to overnight them to me. He said the company does not offer overnight and he could only offer this ridiculous coupon. When I requested to speak with someone else he said there was no one else with whom I could speak. Their service stinks! I always thought their product was ugly but I just thought it would be fun. Now I still think their product is ugly and their customer service is of poor quality. I will not waste my money nor my time with them again. They offer no really solution to their mistakes.

So I got on a live chat with an agent and I was telling you my complaint about how my package was supposed to be 3 to 6 days but it actually turned out to be 8 to 10 days and he asked me "can you count" who asks that, that is just rude and like I said I picked economy shipping what time is gonna be 3 to 6 days that's why I was OK with that but I would have payed extra if I knew it was gonna be 8 to 10 days cause I need them sooner than that

The finally came in a moth later and they were not even the ones i ordered. I paid way too much cuz they were suppose to b a present there not even close to the same color i chose and i cant get in contact with anyone to try to resolve! Extremely UNSATISFIED WITH THIS. And the package came from china
