Order placed for almost 2 weeks, checked status still preparing, Contact customer service to request cancel order wait for a long time to get reply, that said sorry once order placed it can not be cancel. So, they mean no product being ship and no cancel. Wonder now a day Crocs operate business like barbaric?

Clearly a scam rip off company. I like the product so I made a purchase of three on the phone since they are not available in stores. Since one that I wanted oddly were $39.99 not available but $49.99 in a less desirable color, I did not want them until the salesman said he could made them $39.99 which sounds completely fair and reasonable. Well, it did not happen and they basically stole the $10.00 from me off my credit card. I sat on hold a half hour while trying to clear it up and they flatly refused to do anything but a credit for me to buy more from those crooks, no way!

Over $5.75 dispute on shipping return (done twice as their shoes are not true to size) I write this review that their customer service is terrible and their shoes probably worse. I don't know as I was never able to get a pair of their shoes. They are way too much trouble. I live in Austin and their nearest store is in Round Rock, 25 miles away in the worse traffic. They just suck, all I can say.

Called crocs to talk to them about a defective pair of Toddler Crocs I bought for my grand daughter. They didn't help me at all and the rep could of cared less. I was sorry that I ruined her day by calling and making her work! The worst and I am never the one to leave a bad review. Shame on Crocs! My whole family wears crocs and I am not going to say that we won't buy them again but I will be cautious next time.

Disappointed

I'm really disappointed. I order a pair expecting them to be durable and long-lasting, but they're already showing signs of wear and even a crack in the sole. Not sure if I'd buy from you again.

Low Price and Comfortable

Very Nice site. They always offer discount price. I mostly search their coupon codes as well that's why I got crocs pairs on discounted price approx. 30% off. Love to wear crocs very comfortable and durable.

I like some Crocs I got years ago. They were supportive, comfortable, & useful. They were quality items that lasted. They tended to be roomy or wide.

Since then, counterfeit Crocs popped up, especially on Amazon. They could be a somewhat different size and shape from the authentic Crocs in that size and model, and not fit. Neither Crocs or Amazon are stopping the counterfeits. They could. Amazon might sell some directly?

The Crocs that fit me before say Women's 4, which I think isn't an an American shoe size? I normally wear an American 6. Lately, I find Crocs online that are supposed to be "American Women's Size 4" but I don't think that a real size. Some Crocs women's 4 slides I just ordered from a third party site are too small.

For a year or more I've tried to order a pair of Crocs off their website at Croc.com. I find it user-unfriendly. Today I managed to make an order but my payment was spit out six times. That isn't normal for me. Am I mistaken, or was the form transposing or eating digits of my card numbers?

I tried to find info on local Crocs stores online. My search led me to a part of Crocs.com where the individual stores are listed. When I put in ny city & state, I kept being redirected to a state 2,000 miles away. Then I was redirected to stores in Europe. Finally I found the stores near me. It looked like I could shop & pay online but would have to pick up in person.

Crocs used to be a kind of clunky European? Shoe company that had useful, quality items. It appears to be becoming a sh*#show.

Horrible

Worst online experience ever! I order 3 pairs on 4/19/20 after 3 weeks of non communication from them I decided to call and finally after almost an hour waiting the representative stated that there's no ETA due Covid19 and refunds are not allowed at this point, so finally yesterday i received an email stated that my order will be delivery on 5/15/20 but one pair was cancelled ( my Moms present) I do understand that we're living extremely hard times but come on just be honest at front and let your customers know about delays and have better communication, not just cancelled orders after almost a month waiting.
I will never buy anything from them anymore.

I placed an order on April 23 and it's may 7 shoes in stock still not shipped and customer service is the worst. I don't have shoes or a refund I'm filing a complaint with attorney general and better business Bureau. This company should not be allowed to do business the people are polite but won't give a ship date to customer or anything and refuses to refund customer. I don't care how shoe feels or looks at this point service is the worst I have ever seen. Avoid them if you can. I feel bad to the employees who have been dealing with the way it's run. If you think I'm not correct the are rated 1.3 out of five star I should have checked first.

I did not use the website, but bought two pairs of Crocs sandals with straps in January of 2010. After a few months of hard walking, one of the straps broke. I walk about five miles per day and sometimes jog. In mid July, the other pair broke in the same place. I took both pairs back to the Croc shop (everyone sells crocs here in Hawaii, even the drug stores and hardware stores) where I bought them, had no reciept. I left the shoes for a manager's attention and a few days later I had my choice of cash or credit FULL refund. Maybe in this case the medium (computer-internet) is keeping communication and good intentions from happening and instead of dealing with whatever automation is getting in your way, go to a local croc shop or write to some other department there with public contact, like investor relations.

Lite Ride Pacers had poorly designed lacing system where the laces tore through the eyes on three out of four of the top eyes. New version has changed the way they lace, so they obviously had issues with them. They would not replace with newer version, though mine are almost like new. Won't be buying frim them again!

Bought 4 pair of crocs recently. Three were gifts. One person didnt like the fit. I went to return 1 pair and it cost $24.04 to return them. What a shady practice. They resell the shoes and I get $10 back. Will never buy their product again. Terrible customer service!

I ordered 3 pairs of crocs for my daughters 3 weeks before Christmas, plenty of time to receive my order. Here we are, 4 days before Christmas and I get an email saying only 2 of the pairs have shipped, the last pair is "cancelled "! Mind you, I spent 2 hours on hold yesterday to finally reach customer service, and I was told their guarantee was that orders before December 10 would be here by Christmas Eve. So now I have one daughter that won't recieve her gift. I'm so mad and of course can't get a hold of anyone! Horrible service!

I would give them 0 stars. Ordered crocs for fathers day they didn't arrive still haven't. They canceled my pair that I had bought for %50 off because they did have them after a week. Then they offered 35% but I would pay shipping. So instead of making it up. They didn't and pretended they did. Never got my first pair of crocs. Thanks for the horrible experience.

Horrible customer service!

I paid $75 plus tax for my son's McDonald's Crocs. He's autistic and the first time he wore the Crocs the Hamburgler Charm fell off- apparently it was a defect or not connected well because he only wore them for 1-2 hours mainly sitting down.

He cried for 3 days over the list Croc Charm so I messaged customer service to see if I could purchase a new Croc charm- apparently their warranty doesn't cover them (which I didn't ask for one for free) AND you can not purchase one if something happens to yours

Not exactly what I expected from a company that charges $75 for rubber shoes!

I REFUSE to ever purchase another item from the Croc Company. Apparently subpar products and customer service which is even worse!

Bought my daughter a pair of Crocs. They arrived late and shrunken two sizes or so... looked like baby shoes. Called the company since no real response from the customer contact online
They said they would send a mail return slip to me in mail online... never happened... sent more messages later online asking for same info over and over then closed issue due to lack of response... I had already contacted online and over phone. Bad company... bad customer servicr

I purchased a pair of crocs from their online store, only to receive notice a day later that the order was canceled by no action of my own. They simply sold me a pair of shoes they no longer had available. So without word or explanation, they cancelled the order. Getting in touch with customer support was utterly impossible either by phone or text.Their chat customer support seems to be shut down. With this level of service it seems unimaginable that they can charge $50 for a plastic shoe.

I waited in line and got thru to submit my information on this giveaway... the submit button wouldn't work and now the company is not coming thru with what was won. False advertisement. What a scam. Their customer service is even worse and dont care that what they are doing is wrong. They will never see another cent from me.
