Ordered from this website in November for my grandson wish for fuzz crocs, theyQUICKLY took my money, but never received the product. REPEATED EMAILS / PHONE CALLS without any feedback. I had to finally dispute the transaction with my bank. Not only was I left a distaste - disappointment, especially for my grandson. How can a company do that is beyond me

I left my crocs outside my door, in the sun. When I tried putting them on the left shoe shrunk almost 3 sizes?

This is my first time ordering from crocs.com. Will definitely be my last time ordering from crocs.com.
My kids were excited to get their first pair of crocs so I made my order a week ago. I had a 30% off coupon so I was excited to try crocs out for the first time. I woke up this morning to an email saying my order had been canceled after they have already taken the money out of my bank account. When I went to see what was going on it said that the crocs had been sold out. I am very disappointed. My kids are very disappointed they picked up those crocs their self and we're looking forward to them. When I tried to call customer service I was on hold for over an hour and finally just gave up and hung up. When I tried to do the live chat it got me nowhere it was just a bit that kept asking the same question over and over again. It was no live agent to chat with. I guess I will just be going to the Nike store where I usually get my kids shoes from and have a good luck with them. I will not be ordering crocs again for my kids or for anyone.
Ordered 2 pairs 21 days ago, never got a conformation email, im lucky i took a photo of the order number, waited a week, went onto online chat to ask whats happening get the response oh wait a few days and come back so we can check okay cool i can wait, few days later online chat again same response but with oh processing is delayed a few days its normally 1-3 days now its up to 6 cool ill talk back tomorrow if its not shipped, which i did to get told to ring them, so i called up get the run around and told to call back again!
Ive called back so many times in the last 21 days its not funny, always asked for a supervisor no matter the time of day to be told they never had one on not even a team leader, i called up again today and they have now told me oh your order was cancelled 2-3 days ago and your money should clear in a few days? I called yesterday and got a different answer, im not hopefully for a refund because when i said i was putting in a complaint to fair trading the lady on the other side pulled the im sorry i cant hear you hello hello?
Will never buy from them again its all just a scam, i couldn't even speak to someone in australia and was getting hit with all the time zone issues,

So I inter into a raffle i made a account in went to login in my account does not exist, I forget about the raffle until I get a email saying I won so I go to the website to cancel the order, I type in the order number in my email the order does not exist so I can't cancel. Iwait until Monday until summertime is aviation to talk thru tell me my order is being canceled in I will receiving my refund after talking to them for a mon. Then as soon as the chat ends 2mins later I get a email saying my order can't be canceled after they just toll me they are canceling my offer, something toll me to screen shot the message which I will post

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bought a pair of boots for my daughter about a year ago, choose to wait for new stock this year because they "did not have any" to replace the faulty pair. Not only did I never heard from them again, they did not reply to any of the e-mails I sent this year after I saw that they are advertising the exact pair again! The lady that I dealt with up to now - Meagen Beelders - many times "forgot" about me, not replying for weeks. All attempts to get hold of her supervisor/manager ended in them not being available and promises that I will be called back (never happened). I am SO done with Crocs and just want my money back but they simply do NOT RESPOND! I think I will have to take a legal route!
So DISCUSTING! CROCS ARE NOT INTERESTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!
It seems like Crocs SA do not care about negative reviews as well, they are ALL over the internet!
Just never buy online and then try to return the item! There is literally Zero customer service. Calls and emails are ignored.
Ordered 8th December, it was a Christmas present so plenty of time. Recieved an email update confirming the order was in transit 11th Dec. By the 18th Dec it was still the same status contacted Crocs, advisors were disgraceful, said there was a delay updating my status over the weekend and to contcat again if it hadn't been updated in 24/48 hours. I tried to ask if that meant it was further along in the chain and recieved a generic response asking to give another 24/48 hours and was cut off. This happened repeatedly. On the 19th Dec still no update so contacted another advisor and was given the same generic message and cut off so as I had asked another question I got put into a queue for a different advisor this happened a few times and each time I was given the 24/48 hours line and cut off.
Contcated them again 20th Dec, this advisor was more helpful and said they could send a replacement, but it wouldn't be here in time for Christmas. So now I'm left with no Christmas present and not enough time to order a replacement. Even though the advisor today offered a replacement and initiated a refund the conversation was cut off while I was in the middle of typing a question and now I've been waiting for another agent to pick it uo for 30mins.
I dont believe they had the stock to fulfill my order, they are crooks, will never order from them again
Please do not order from crocs.com. I placed an order on March 13,2023 and did not receive an order confirmation email until Sunday, March 19,2023.
Once I included my order number and email address in the Crocs website, the site indicated that I would be receiving the items ordered on Tuesday, March 21,2023. On Tuesday, when I realized that I had not received my order in excess of $100+, I again checked the website and two items were canceled. I called the Crocs Customer service 24hour line and the agent I spoke with did not know what to tell me and asked I wait 30 minutes to an hour for an email response.
It is now Thursday, March 23rd and I have not received a single item from my order. My card has been charged and the items cancelled have not been refunded.
I sent an email to the Crocs sutomer service email adress over 48 hours ago and have still not received a response. For a second time I have called the customer service number, have asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and it seems none are available.
There's a lack of accountability, responsiveness and customer concern. Do not order from Crocs.com.
It took them 4 days to ship. 10 days later still waiting. Worst online ordering ever! Do not order crocs online.
They NEVER answer. Yr on hold for hours w no answer ever! No response to texts. Is this a trumpy owned company? Pigs.
