Horrible experience

I ordered a pair of crocs online and when I submitted the order I realized it was a woman's size 11 and not men's 11 which is what I wanted, I called Crocs customer service and they said that I would have to exchange the shoes at the store and that they weren't able to make changes with online orders.
Today, December 14th 2024 at 7:50 pm I went into the Crocs store at Vaughn Mills mall to make the exchange, there was three lady employees at the cash register, the manager was who I first interacted with and she went to see if there was a men's 11, while she was looking the employee with blonde streaks went to her and said is there any in the back and the manager said something to her in a low tone and the same employee said again "should I check the back" I'm assuming the manager said "no" but as I said I assumed because of the way she was whispering but then said to me they only have the blue in men's 11 I wanted the black, but there was only a size 13 so then the managers said you can go to another Crocs store and I said there's no other locations near by the manager said Mississauga, I then said I'm at Vaughn my location why would I go that far and she walked off to help another customer, I didn't say anything but as a manager that was rude, so blonde streaks took over. So I ask her if a 13 would fit because there was padding in the Crocs and she said no they're made to size, so I went and just settled for the blue pairs.
The blonde streak employee then said loud and clear "oh your information is on the package and I watched her with my two eye write my name and something else on a small paper which I'm guessing is how exchanges are done she then asked me for my email and I said my first mame because I seen her write it down *******@hotmail.com, So now she's entering my info in the tablet or register and she's saying that my email is not working what email did I use. I repeated 3 times that's my email address she then asked if I have the receipt, said I orders it online through Afterpay, so now I log into my Afterpay and I'm say to the lady this is my email she was still saying it's not working and that she would have to give it to me for the price that the crocs are right now which is $44.95. I then look at the paper she had my name on and I said to her but miss you didn't spell my name correct, so now I'm showing her where my name was missing the letter and she then said but you're that one that spelt out your name. I said to the lady no I didn't even open my mouth to spell my name you took it off my package and she stood there and tried to make me look crazy by running me down about me spelling my name out loud for her, I then said how could you stand there and lie and I pointed at the package and said this is where you got my name from, I did not spell out my name or even give you my name and she kept arguing back and forth about and I called her a f'n bit@h. She then went in to argue with me and say they weren't serving me and to leave the store and that they were going to call security, I said I don't care call security you're wrong and all you have to do is f'n apologize and she refused so the manager and the third cashier told her to go the to back which she did I ask the third cashier to cash me out the manager said don't help her. I said to the third cashier don't listen them they're white and don't care about you, they don't like you and the manager said it again but the cashier cashed me out. Ok I leave and while I'm outside the store I said no I'm reporting this incident because this is unacceptable and people need to be help accountable for poor customer service so I go to the guy at the door and ask him what the girls name is with the blonde streaks because I want to file a complaint he said he can't give out there names but he'll get the manager, so at first I didn't know the lady was the manager until door man said so then I'm like forget it she's part of the problem but he did go over to her and blonde streak started acting up like she's a gangster and wants to fight so I go in to get there names and the black girl said we can't give out name then blonde steak started yelling your racist and I said yes bit@h I hate you, I hate you I hate you, you were wrong called me a liar when all you had to do was check and apologize. The manger said call security, I said I don't care call them because I will be reporting both of you, then blonde steak came in my face to fight me and said get the f out the store you f'n bit@h so now the black cashier jumps in between me and blonde streak and holds blonde streak and tells to to stop and calm down and I'm girl if you want to fight come outside because how unprofessional are you and she kept calling me a bit@h in the store on her shift. Security comes ask me what happened and I told them not to worry about it I will be making a complaint and they said have a goodnight.
The manager and blonde streak need to be fired immediately their behaviour is unacceptable and people like that should not be first point of contact workers. I would like this matter looked into and necessary disciplinary actions taking.

Thanks for ruining Christmas CROCS!

Crocs.ca is the worst run business I've ever had to deal with. They literally ruined my families Christmas! We placed an order on the last day, prior to the advertised deadline to receive our product before Christmas. To our horror the order was canceled the next day due to an "unexpected error"! A 20% discount code was offered and we were encouraged via email to reorder our item. Seeing as only one day had passed, we reordered and hoped for the best that it arrive in time. Once again, the next day, we received the same cancelation email that our order had been canceled due to an "unexpected error" with the same resolution offered. This time we opted to phone in to the call center and speak to someone on the phone to rectify the situation. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, a very helpful representative answered and was able to explain that there had been an error with the website inventory and despite appearing to be in stock, the item we had ordered was actually sold out. He offered to assist us with another order for a different item that he confirmed was in stock, and offered 2 day expedited shipping for free to ensure we still received our item prior to Christmas. With his assistance, we placed the order a third time, glad to finally be on track! YET AGAIN, the following day we received the same familiar cancelation email and resolution offer. Now December 20th and too late to receive anything prior to Christmas we once again called the CROCS call center and received the same speil about an inventory error, explanation that items move fast close to Christmas accompanied by and offer to assist with an order for another item, this time with no offer for free expedited shipping or suggestion that we might receive anything prior to Christmas. Then in the same sentence the representative told us the item that we had ordered and had been canceled, was now ACTUALLY IN STOCK and we could order it again! I think we'd be fools to believe a CROCS employee yet again. We now have 3 credit card authorizations outstanding on our card, impacting our available funds and need to go out last minute shopping to look for an alternative Christmas gift.

Stay away from shopping on this website, we will never deal with CROCS again!
