Waiting for more than 3 weeks to get an update on order. Chat doesnt have a live age t available, phone never works either and email just sends you back to the live chat agent. This is a joke! However they keep sending promos like a customer will keep buying with this kind of service. I placed an order on Nov 23rd and still waiting for an update. Totally ridiculous!

Order placed for almost 2 weeks, checked status still preparing, Contact customer service to request cancel order wait for a long time to get reply, that said sorry once order placed it can not be cancel. So, they mean no product being ship and no cancel. Wonder now a day Crocs operate business like barbaric?

I've been wearing Crocs since the start. They are great for camping or taking the dog out. The product isn't the issue. The issue is the awful website and even worse customer service.

Here's one example: I placed an order for a pair of Crocs but the following morning was near a store so I bought a pair in person. I thought it would be simple to cancel the online order, since I had placed the order and it hadn't yet shipped. Right?

WRONG. Customer service said I could not cancel the order. Even though it was a few hours since I placed the order and there was no update to it I was told it was too late, so no way, no how. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, maybe the order was already picked and packed. Right?

NOPE. THREE WEEKS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER IT HAS FINALLY SHIPPED. Three weeks since I was told it was too late to cancel the order.

Stunningly awful. Stay away from Crocs.

One STAR is ONE TO MANY! Placed my order three weeks ago and I am still waiting for my delivery. CROCS not worth the aggravation. Or the pain of finding out that after you tried reaching them that they taught to say; "I UNDERSTAND BUT I CANNOT HELP!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I placed an order for a birthday present on 11/******* was informed it would take 2 to 4 business, WHICH WAS A CLEAR MISREPRESENTION TO LURE UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS IN. It has been 10 days and my order has not even shipped! And all I have been told, when I call and phone is not busy over the course of 2 days, at various times, that nothing can be done, no date can be provided for shipping, order still being prepared, also on the website AND that MY PATIENCE IS APPRECIATED! Who do these people take people for? This is absolutely an abhorrent fashion of treating paying customers. I think it's disregarding, dismissive and disrespectful. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE CROCS AFTER THIS. I call today and again was told order still is being prepared and now the time to deliver is 10 plus days. I am so angry that I placed this order and would cancel but I am afraid it would take until 2025 to get my refund if these inept people have anything to do with processing one. CROCS SUCK!

So I inter into a raffle i made a account in went to login in my account does not exist, I forget about the raffle until I get a email saying I won so I go to the website to cancel the order, I type in the order number in my email the order does not exist so I can't cancel. Iwait until Monday until summertime is aviation to talk thru tell me my order is being canceled in I will receiving my refund after talking to them for a mon. Then as soon as the chat ends 2mins later I get a email saying my order can't be canceled after they just toll me they are canceling my offer, something toll me to screen shot the message which I will post

Ordered 2 pairs 21 days ago, never got a conformation email, im lucky i took a photo of the order number, waited a week, went onto online chat to ask whats happening get the response oh wait a few days and come back so we can check okay cool i can wait, few days later online chat again same response but with oh processing is delayed a few days its normally 1-3 days now its up to 6 cool ill talk back tomorrow if its not shipped, which i did to get told to ring them, so i called up get the run around and told to call back again!
Ive called back so many times in the last 21 days its not funny, always asked for a supervisor no matter the time of day to be told they never had one on not even a team leader, i called up again today and they have now told me oh your order was cancelled 2-3 days ago and your money should clear in a few days? I called yesterday and got a different answer, im not hopefully for a refund because when i said i was putting in a complaint to fair trading the lady on the other side pulled the im sorry i cant hear you hello hello?
Will never buy from them again its all just a scam, i couldn't even speak to someone in australia and was getting hit with all the time zone issues,
If you need the customer protection team, call between 11pm and 7am!

Completely inept! After shopping on the Crocs site for an hour, I tried to purchase several items, but was unable to due to site malfunction. I called customer service, but they cannot accept payment for orders over the phone. Customer service said I would have to wait 72 hours and then try purchasing again. I told customer service that I didn't think there would be any of my items left in 3 days because they were on sale, but she looked at what was in my cart & assured me that they would still be there. Meanwhile 3 days later, I go back to purchase and what do you know... all sold out! I contacted crocs by live chat and was told how awful and how sorry they are... they even gave me a coupon that covered free shipping... fine. I go back spend 15 minutes looking over items again... placed some items in my cart... proceeded to use the coupon code and... the code doesn't work. Hummmm... yeah didn't see that coming. INEPTITUDE, INEPTITUDE, INEPTITUDE = CROCS... The End

I returned a pair of size 11, white classic Crocs. I got charged $67.19CDN. I got a text for a link for a refund of $30.98CND. Why do they send links for refunds and why is there a difference in what I got charged on my credit card and a small amount of $30.98. What kind of scam are you guys running here? Return policy is horrible! I had to pay for my own shipping for return. I called customer service to understand why my return amount is different, I waited 30 mins before a live representative answered and when they finally picked up, they couldn't tell me why my return is a lower amount, then the phone hangs up. The live chat doesn't work, and email complaints page on the website doesn't send property. The whole thing is a scam! I will never buy or recommend purchasing anything from crocs website EVER! HORRIBLE! DISGUSTING! Someone needs to know about this scam.

This is my first time ordering from crocs.com. Will definitely be my last time ordering from crocs.com.
My kids were excited to get their first pair of crocs so I made my order a week ago. I had a 30% off coupon so I was excited to try crocs out for the first time. I woke up this morning to an email saying my order had been canceled after they have already taken the money out of my bank account. When I went to see what was going on it said that the crocs had been sold out. I am very disappointed. My kids are very disappointed they picked up those crocs their self and we're looking forward to them. When I tried to call customer service I was on hold for over an hour and finally just gave up and hung up. When I tried to do the live chat it got me nowhere it was just a bit that kept asking the same question over and over again. It was no live agent to chat with. I guess I will just be going to the Nike store where I usually get my kids shoes from and have a good luck with them. I will not be ordering crocs again for my kids or for anyone.

Guess They Don't Care About Customers

Seriously abhorrent customer service, and why? Like how could it hurt you to get a legitimate team of employees to ensure the point of your business (fulfilling orders) actually happens? You're not a small business with just one panicked CS Rep.

This week I've called every day regarding a missing order and no one has answered (I've kept my phone next to me on speakerphone while doing homework so you know I was waiting for actual hourS).

I know Crocs has a penchant for arbitrarily cancelling hours -> weeks after sending ORDER CONFIRMATION notices, and I hope this review helps even one person to not rely on Crocs to deliver. Just going to get Crocs from Depop and eBay from now on. Crazy how buying from a stranger is more reliable than a "legitimate business" that pulled in $725 million last year. Shame on you, Crocs.

Bought 4 pair of crocs recently. Three were gifts. One person didnt like the fit. I went to return 1 pair and it cost $24.04 to return them. What a shady practice. They resell the shoes and I get $10 back. Will never buy their product again. Terrible customer service!

Lite Ride Pacers had poorly designed lacing system where the laces tore through the eyes on three out of four of the top eyes. New version has changed the way they lace, so they obviously had issues with them. They would not replace with newer version, though mine are almost like new. Won't be buying frim them again!

Completely unhelpful. I got an email that said if I love, comfy, colorful clogs to use the promo code to take 15% off my next purchase with small print that it could only be used on footwear. When the code wouldn't apply, I contacted customer service (I was 40th in line) and the only response they would give me is that promo codes don't apply to the clogs.

Ordered fews shoes online, 2 of them dont fit & colours was little off. They dont really clear on the return section. Their's "Hassle Free Return ", its turn out to be "Super Hassle to return ". The store is 2 hrs away, dont know if they will accepting the returns. Especially now aday, online purchase is a norm, if the company should crystal clear on the return policy, fee apply when return. I will recommend stay away from their online store. I make a mistake.
Rate 1 star no option for zero star.
