Seriously abhorrent customer service, and why? Like how could it hurt you to get a legitimate team of employees to ensure the point of your business (fulfilling orders) actually happens? You're not a small business with just one panicked CS Rep.
This week I've called every day regarding a missing order and no one has answered (I've kept my phone next to me on speakerphone while doing homework so you know I was waiting for actual hourS).
I know Crocs has a penchant for arbitrarily cancelling hours -> weeks after sending ORDER CONFIRMATION notices, and I hope this review helps even one person to not rely on Crocs to deliver. Just going to get Crocs from Depop and eBay from now on. Crazy how buying from a stranger is more reliable than a "legitimate business" that pulled in $725 million last year. Shame on you, Crocs.
