Having always wanted a second pair of Crocs which Joe Bloggs couldn't be seen in, I thought that if i typed in www.crocs.co.uk you'd think it would come up with an english website. All the prices were in UK pounds with a GB flag on the website. I saw a lovely pair of Crocs which I hadn't seen on any website online. I ordered a UK size 11 and when it arrived (from the Netherlands I hasten to add), it was too small. Their contact number *******703 is incorrect and the only other way to contact them is by email. They claim that goods can only be returned with an RMA number which will be sent to you within 2-5 days. Well after 7 days I had to email them for this RMA number. They send you an email with a link to a prepaid returns label to an address in Rotterdam. It's at this point you realise that you have been tricked into thinking you are dealing with a company based in the UK. Not only would I suggest you stay clear of this website but tell your friends & spread the word.

All you do is pay £39.95 as a one off payment and should you not like what they provide, you can get a 100% money back guarantee with no questions asked. What this website doesn't tell you is that they don't find jobs for you. You have to look yourself. Worse still, you have to pay your own tax. Also, if you are not happy with their services, to get a refund you have to fill out a form listing your password & username and post it to an unknown address in India. No credit card details required. Once they receive your form, you will get credited. There is no UK address for this company, nor do they have a phone number. The bank you pay your money into is based in the USA and all you get is a fax number or a PO Box address. After I contacted trading standards about this company, I was told that because they have no UK address, there was little that could be done about it.
