The covers took a long time to arrive but I had email updates so I knew they were delayed.
When the covers arrived they were of excellent quality, seem very well made with sturdy zips.
I just need some good weather to use my outdoor cushions!

Disappointed after a long wait to find sail received with wrong dimensions and imperfect finish ( run in stitching mid sail

Order in April and given a date of 5 May. Contacted them on the 3rd May as hasn't received any shipping details and told date had changed and apparently everyone got an e-mail but someone had forgotten me. Also product comes from India so if you live in Northern Ireland expect to be told of delays but that doesn't bother shipping company who delivered on the wrong day. They told me Wednesday but I knew I would be out so changed in to Thursday but they still delivered on the Wednesday. Just fortunate I was in.

Good website and explanations, lost all my measurements once though.

The company pretend to be in the UK but are not. The cover is made in India and all emails and calls seemed to be from India with poor English in them. They should not say they are a UK company.
Delivery was delayed and I received conflicting emails about delivery dates. The cover, when it arrived, fitted well. Have yet to try it outside.

Clear and easy site to use. Quality products. Good communication. Would recommend and will be using again.

Easy site to navigate & order. Emails received informing the status of the order from the beginning of the process to the delivery. Hung the covers around two sides of the patio, sizes exact as ordered. Very pleased with the covers. Will be ordering more to surround the whole of the patio.

I am Giving for 4 stars because the delivery time was too long, and also not much updating so I have two call to find out about the delivery date, I am not sure I have chosen the right buttons to secure the covers, and I asked for advice but that was also not answered. I hope this is not gonna blown away if it's really windy.

I received the covers and I am happy with the quality let's hope this keep good with time..

I had to wait longer than originally quoted due to the material not being in stock but when my covers arrived they were top quality and I was very satisfied.

I couldn't be more pleased with my outdoor sofa cover, bit nervous as I had to submit the measurements myself, but it fits fine, great quality good weight and very well made, I couldn't be happier

Ordering was easy, I was kept up to date on progress and when the covers arrived they were of good quality and I am confident that they will last. Lovely colour too.

Great product, just took a bit of time to get the drafts all sorted for the design.

I was a little wary when I read some of the reviews but the website is excellent and I decided to go ahead anyway. The fact that this product is made and shipped from India was one of my concerns particularly with the Covid crisis which is engulfing the country. The product arrived only 5 days later than the first estimated date and I was able to track its progress. The product itself is excellent quality, heavy duty, fits well and I'm sure will be effective and durable.

Paid nearly £80 for a cover when I thought it included the full cushion.

Would definitely purchase again, however I would improve your packaging as the product was severely creased which I'm hoping comes out once stretched. Overall good quality.

Ordered on 02/04/21 - meant to be delivered 26/04/21 to get a text that they couldn't get hold of the material for the cushion cover about a day before it was meant to be delivered... I'm now still waiting for the product!
