We were promised delivery by 29 April. Eventually we were notified by courier that they would be delivered yesterday, 13 May. Today we still haven't got the delivery
Excellent quality and covers fit very well. Order received two days later than expected but from FedEx tracking they arrived a day earlier than FedEx said.

Your order was placed on 16 April with Standard Ground shipping for delivery by 10 May. It was dispatched on 5 May and with a typical transit time of 3-4 days it should have reached you on time. Regrettably, despite using global shipping leaders DHL / FedEx / UPS, transit delay is outside our area of control. In order to alert you to the possibility of delivery delay, we also display a note on the Cart page, just below the shipping method. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

With regard to the stitching, we use either black or white thread depending on the colour of your cover. Since your selected colour is Charcoal Grey, we used a black thread. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and have shared it with the team.

Great customer service. They emailed several times with diagrams to make sure the measurements were correct for our garden sofa. Very quick dispatch considering it's a made to measure item. The quality is superb (we got the heavy duty one) and they even included covered air vents without us even asking! Superb :)
It took longer than expected from ordering to receiving my covers (6 weeks). Had I read the reviews prior to ordering I would have been aware that the items are made in India. Given their current Covid situation I am impressed that they are still producing.
