Not fit for purpose

Cover was not waterproof and let rain through. Underside was nearly as wet as the outside.

Complained and only after 18 emails, two phone calls and sent photos and videos on two separate occasion did I finally get a refund. And was only after I said I was writing to the CEO and the Production Director.
