I ordered the items on the 6th April with an expected delivery date of the 19th April. I heard nothing and when tracking just said on production. After chasing twice I was told there was a delay and eventually my items were dispatched and received on the 5th May.
I am very pleased with the product, it is made well, fits perfect and looks nice.

I ordered a clear curtain and we love it. Customer service was excellent too and the curtain is great quality and a great price; we will now be ordering all the covers for our garden furniture through Cover & All. We were extremely dissatisfied in the way you dealt with your customer relations. It felt like we were talking to a call centre when I needed to talk directly to the manufacturer. I found the whole experience very frustrating and was continually bombarded with promotional adverts which on a number of occasions got muddled with important information sent by your team about my cover which delayed the delivery by months.
Paid in full and got Ben delivery date but nothing. Rang and they gave me a 2nd date but still not delivered. I am really furious.

Now three days over expected delivery with no new date for delivery. I have been in a virtual conversation with them and they said leave it with them. Still waiting for for an update. Not impressed.
