Tarp was a custom size order. Sizing was accurate but it lacked eyelets along the edges. I was kept well informed of the progress through manufacturing and delivery.

Upon reviewing, we found that the order consisted of grommets at 4 corners and was manufactured accordingly. Regrettably, we are unable to find any error on our end. I have not actually used the bags as yet. My comments are based upon looking and handling them, not actually using them. The material appears waterproof and sturdy. They look better than the old ones I am replacing and I am looking forward to seeing how they perform when exposed to next year's weather.

Perfect made to fit cover, excellent service, company double checked the sizes sent in to avoid errors when making the cover. Most of all waterproof which you can not find anywhere else!

My custom made order which I paid for was never delivered as we were not home the day it was delivered. We were not given a specific date. They then refused to arrange re deliver and the only way for me to get the product, was to repay for it. On top of that their communication was awful.

The carrier even tried delivery the order multiple times. As there was no error from our end, our team provided the best possible resolution and shipped the order again. They cared about my cover even though it was a small cover to go on my winch. They contacted me a couple of times to finalise measurements and sent me cad drawings of what it would look like so I knew it would work. Fantastic service!
