The products received are excellent but there was a long delay in receiving items. I did not find the system for bespoke measurements very easy to use and the customer service chat was unhelpful. There was lots of duplicate questions and measurements requested after ordering - which I understand need to be accurate but it felt like we had different people requesting the same things slightly differently every week.
Over all great products but be prepared for a delay and potential increase in bill if products are bespoke.
