The product is good but the delivery service provided by UPS is poor. There are no options to request an item is left with a neighbour or in a safe place and they rarely deliver on the day they say they will!
There are much better delivery companies out there.

I wanted a custom size tarp to fit our lorries however as I wanted it wider than 300cm they had to join on a 20cm section to create the size I wanted which after a few days use the adhesive came unstuck. If I had known that the tarp was 300cm as standard I would of just ordered it at 300cm so that I wouldn't have had the issue that I had. I felt the quality over all was great as I have actually ordered 3 more tarps 2 more at 320cm which I may have issues with

The website is misleading. The picture shows a circular tarpaulin with 8 grommets, but it was delivered with 4 grommets. The text talks of grommets in the 4 corners, but a circular tarpaulin has no corners! Covers & All were very dismissive of these anomolies - the picture is 'illustrative' and 4 grommets are 4 grommets. That said, the item arrived on time and, after the addition of 8 further grommets by me, is performing its task as required.
