Good quality and fits where I wanted very well but slightly oversized. As instructed I measured between the fixing points but when it arrived there was no allowance for the turnbuckles or any ropes. Was overall happy as I had the ability to move some of the fixing points to create the space needed but would advise checking carefully dimensions you are providing and possibly reducing slightly.
Pleased with product. Difficult to identify the correct contact address for uploading photos about the order and some difficulties later in communication, but I was glad the company double-checked things with me before making my cover.

Poor Aftersales after 24 hours of receiving my order, when reporting that the drawstrings were to short. I made several calls to coverall prior to the product being made and was promised that the drawstrings would be longer that my first order. I contacted them 24hours later to report that the drawstrings were no longer than my first order. I spoke to a female who kept talking over me stating I had to send in Photo's.
What a nonsense the person who made it would have been aware of the length that was put in it.
We were looking all over the place to try and find the correct size for our outdoor suite, however no standard size would fit. Covers & All came to the rescue with their custom cushion covers. We thought they'd be really expensive, but were pleasantly surprised to find they were quite reasonably priced for such quality.
