Was very impressed with the service from ordering to getting a mock up as to how it would look service was brilliant, order even arrived 8 days early. Will be ordering again for other covers that i need. Logo option just makes the cover pop.

It was made exactly to my measurements and came with a full length zip and snap buckle ant the bottom to secure the zip. This is the second time I have used Covers & All and will definitely use them again.

Easy to use website, prices reasonable. The delivery was several days later than expected and alas the seams around the zippers are not waterproof.

Overall, a good service from Covers & All. Ordering online was easy and the measuring advice was sound. Delivery was well within the times specified on the order but the items were sent in two separate packages which arrived a few day s apart. The furniture cover was high quality and made of a tough durable material with lifting handles and is well made. The cushion covers are also made of a high quality material and are a good fit, however there was a manufacturing fault that left a 5" seam unstitched. I should have reported it and I've no doubt they would have sent a replacement or repaired it but I was impatient so just stitched it up myself. I would recommend Covers & All and will use them again.

No problems with following the instructions to complete my order, however there should be an option for the measurements, to choose between feet/inches and meter/Centimetre.

Arrived slightly later than first stated but in good condition everything o.k.

I received several emails to check absolutely on the sizes measured and they fit absolutely perfectly. The material used was heavier duty than expected, almost rubber coated. They should last a long time thanks.

I was contacted twice to confirm sizes and I was assured the opening would be at the bottom. On arrival the cover opening was at the back so it does still cover but may allow water ingress in severe weather. Couldn't be bothered to complain. The material is sturdy and well made good value.

Very good Only down side was the use of inches when now every thing is in mm. Also the descriptions and drawings going back and forward. Once completed the cover fitted perfectly and arrived promptly
