I liked the ability to specify a custom size as a diameter and a height. After placing the order I received an email saying the designer had some 'concerns' with my order and asking me to approve the design. I think this was a form letter since no specific concern was listed.
The page to confirm the design merely showed a cylinder with exactly the dimension I specified. All good, except that those are the dimensions of the item -- the website says that a few extra inches will be added to allow for a good fit. On the diagram, these extra inches weren't shown. I suggested to add another inch to the diameter (only). Afterwards, I was told that the design diagram shows the user-provided dimensions rather than the final dimensions. I feel it would be less confusing if that were explained more clearly.
Then a week went by with no word so I phoned and got through to India, where it turns out the covers are made. I was told my cover was going into production and then would be shipped. Sure enough it did arrive quite quickly after.
When the cover arrived it seemed quite a lot larger than the dimensions I specified, even accounting for an extra inch on the diameter. However Covers & All were quick to get back to me and, on measuring, I think the cover does match the dimensions I specified, plus an extra inch on the diameter. So any errors in sizing are likely to be mine.

Good range of products and materials. I chose the heavy duty material and it looks and feels far superior to previous furniture covers I've purchased from other companies, with high waterproof characteristics and very strong.
I ordered custom waterproof piped cushion covers for my patio furniture. The sizing was perfect and they were extremely well made. My only slightly negative comment was the colour. I ordered beige but they turned out to be quite dark - more like a mokka colour. I would recommend getting the colour swatches before ordering - I have just ordered a set and they were free of charge.
