All good but website was slightly misleading when offering a "free" logo. This tuned out to be an additional £6. But other than that everything else went according to plan.
I required 3 custom made items and one standard item. To start with I was concerned that I would make a silly mistake on my measurements and end up wasting my money but the process you go through helps you provide the correct information. This is then checked with you by an employee from the company to make sure everything is 100%. I had a slight delay on delivery but I am putting that down to the fact it was Christmas. Would I use this company again? Definitely

Very pleased with my experience with Covers & All. The order took quite some time to arrive (it was placed at the end of October and received at the beginning of December), but I was kept informed about my delivery progress the whole time. The process was easy to use - I just put in the dimensions of our garden sofa and sent a photo with it. The staff at Covers & All did come back to me twice as they needed more dimensions. These were clearly marked on my photo so it was quick and easy for me to provide them with these.
The cover fits very nicely on our garden sofa and the drawstraps ensure that it will not fly off during high winds. There is also a vent on both sides to let out moisture. It seems to be a high-quality material and should last a reasonable amount of time, I think. I'm a little perplexed by the other reviews stating that it is bad quality! I ordered the "Cover Max" in blue.
I also thought the price was very good, especially with the 20% discount code. I will be ordering again. Thanks!
I placed an order 5th November expecting delivery 7th December. No delivery. I spoke to them by their chat and they promised to get it to me within the next few weeks... nothing. I spoke to them in their chat again on 17th December, again was promised I would have it before Christmas. Nothing!. In the meantime they have the cheek to blitz me with emails to place orders with discounts and speedy, free delivery. Why? They can't deliver on their present orders. I tried to obtain a refund when speaking to them on the 17th Decrmber, but they averted this with a personally promised delivery before Christmas by Dorin. So now it's the 30th Dec and I will be chasing this again.
UPDATE: So I receive an email reply today, telling me my order was despatched on 23rd December and is due today exactly within the hour that I received the email. Apparently despite my chasing them up continually, they never thought of giving me this very basic and important piece of information. Oh and be aware. This isn't an order that's been made and despatched from London. This is flying in from INDIA! Nowhere on this site was the impression given that this was an order that would be made on another continent. It gives the impression of a UK company, even with a UK telephone number. If I had known this I would have placed an order elsewhere initially as I needed it quick. Nowhere does it give details of how long an order should take to deliver. You find that out on receipt of your order acknowledgement, which coincidentally or not, I never received. I had to chase this up through their live chat around 25th November, when I became aware I had not yet received my order. Oh and by the way... that specific 3 hour time slot for delivery has been and gone
Bought a very small cover for a piece of audio gear, with a specific cut-out at the back for cables and a personalised image on the top - it functions and looks great! No dust in my buttons and rotaries now! The cover was manufactured and shipped from USA, so there was about a month lead time, but it's still great value for the service offered and I'm very happy with the product.

Ordered a custom size wind breaker over 2 months ago, Agreeing the artwork took numerous email exchanges over two weeks.

I ordered this on 29th November, knowing that delivery would take a while. On 19th Dec I received an email telling me it would be delivered on 23rd Dec. Here we are on 27th Dec and I now have an email asking me to rate my experience. It's simple really. Deliver the item before you ask what I think of it. I look forward to receiving my table cover soon.
We ordered a gazebo curtain end of November with a delivery date of 16th December but due to Covid expected some delay. The curtain arrived on 23 December, well packaged and tracked all the way. The item was exactly to our specification, superior quality weatherproof material with an excellent finish. We are highly delighted and have recommended to others. We shall be placing another order early 2021 as we are so pleased. Definitely worth the 5-stars.
Measured the treadmill and sent off all the dimensions. A huge black rectangle has arrived and bears no resemblance to the shape or size of the treadmill. Due to COVID it was delayed and can't face sending it back to India, also no paperwork or info with the cover. Total waste of money. Won't use coversandall again.

All our covers are handmade; regrettably, due to inconstant circumstances we ended up with a unanticipated backlog in production and missed the promised date. We are working hard to scale up our production capabilities and improve our turnaround time. While these efforts (which include building a new, much larger production unit) are in progress, we have also applied some solutions in the interim that have resulted in significant improvement over the last few weeks.
Please note that our current production unit is in India. We do not have any unit in China.
