The covers I ordered arrived and I am very pleased with them. They are the right size, they are well made and seem robust - just what I need. However, they took forever to arrive. It is true that there was a wait anticipated. I was advised that it would take over a month for the covers to arrive. I was given a date of 4th December. Fine. However, the 4th arrived and went. I waited a week and then contacted their office explaining that I was still waiting. They were very nice and advised me there was a problem and that I would get the covers soon. I waited more than another month. They arrived in the middle of January. Long time to wait.

Easy website to negotiate. Followed instructions regarding measuring item. Received information as to progress of order. Very good fit and looks well made. A little on the expensive side bit it was custom made. Now unsubscribed as received too many emails, don't mind one a month to keep you informed but unhappy to get more more or less every other day.

Back in November I ordered two Christmas tree bags to store my Christmas trees and ordered because these looked far stronger than others I'd purchased.
I received a email stating that the order had been dispatched and would arrive on the 30th December but when my order hadn't arrived the first week in January I started to get concerned, this concern was compounded further when I realised the money had been paid to a printing company with a completely different to Coversandall.co.uk who I ordered from and then alarmed at all the bad reviews of people who'd never received their orders.
I telephoned their number which is a automated system, but everything I chose a option it went back to the beginning.
I then managed to "Talk" to someone through the online chat system and told them my concerns and disappointment at lack of delivery, I was then told my order would be dispatched the following day, they could not explain why I'd already had a email several weeks prior stating it had already been dispatched.
I then went through PayPal to tell them the same thing and amazingly got a email the following day saying my order had been dispatched.
The bags arrived a week later, from India!
The bags themselves are excellent, well made, large and strong but there's a lot of odd and unanswered questions.
Why are they trading as Coversandall.co.uk when the product comes direct from India?
Why is the money paid through a printing company?
Why can you not phone them?
I realise that with the covid19 situation companies are having issues with deliveries but 7 weeks?
I do wonder that if I'd not complained and taken the precaution of paying through PayPal whether I'd have my order now?
As I say the product itself is excellent but I won't be ordering from this company again.

Also, our parent company is DESIGN PRINT BANNER LLC and in some cases you may see this as the merchant name on your PayPal / Credit Card invoice. It is not uncommon for an eCommerce company to have a legal name that differs from the website name.
