A little longer wait than expected until I realised that although it is a uk company the items were shipped from Mumbai

Absolutely awful. Promised these covers by the end of April, still not turned up, if I send emails they just come back saying the address doesn't exist

Really bad service. They don't believe you. They keep asking for photos and measurements and photos again an again to validate your complaint. Shoddy workmanship. Pretend they are in England but are in India. Use at your peril.

Extremely long delivery time, not even here yet! So what else do you need to know?

The team really made the effort to understand the dimensions of my firepit which is a very unusual and unique shape. Product is a good quality and looks built to last.

Product seems very good quality. Excellent fit. Very happy. Order was slightly delayed but in current circumstances totally understandable.

Very thorough process with the supplier double-checking each measurement before completing the items. The product itself (cover max for table and l-shaped chairs) is excellent quality.

Easy to order. The covers produced are very well made from good quality fabric.

Good waterproof fabric. One brass ringlet missing and a little oversized. Ideally a draw string would have been provided. Delivery took longer than expected but we didn't realise it would be shipped from India.

Quality product. As expected. Whilst 5 stars I did think it took a little long to arrive, however I knew it would be worth it and it was. So worth the wait.

The product was order then we got a email saying shipping was delayed to the 19th of April no product arrived check system no update about new delay. When I contacted them it was me doing the chasing, informed again products delayed, complained and ask for compensation or good will gesture but not interested finally came a week later. Will not use again

I wouldn't describe it as an easy process.
Though the result is excellent. After several exchanges post ordering and photos We have Perfect fitting covers for my out door furniture. No need to take the cushions in each night. The Cover fits perfectly with them on. And in my opinion good value.
