We were looking for a cover for the wheel on our boat and came across Cover & All UK. Whilst they were not nautical cover specialists they did have a bespoke service we thought we would try. It was easy to order and well priced, the team came back to us twice to check our measurements to make sure it was all correct, good job they checked as we were slightly out! It arrived in good time, the material quality and finish is excellent and it fits really well! We are delighted with our cover and would recommend Cover & All UK!
Manufactured in India - no problem. Shipped from India meant a three week delivery lead time - I can live with that. However, was not delivered and I only received an explanation when I emailed to chase up about three days after due date. Company explained they had supply chain issues, and item was finally delivered after another two weeks' delay.
Product (outdoor cushion cover) was fine, but I suggest only place an order if you're prepared to wait several weeks before delivery.
Incredible value for money and they look excellent. Requested Velcro ties to roll up the sides which were also fitted. At no extra charge. Fantastic serv- thank you

A very detAiled service to ensure the covers were exactly the right shape and size (which they were!). Delivery was maybe a bit slow, arriving 5 weeks after ordering, but worth the wait.
Not impressed so far, the order was placed 16/4 and it has not arrived after 4 weeks.

Your order was placed on 16 April with Standard Ground shipping for delivery by 10 May. It was dispatched on 5 May and with a typical transit time of 3-4 days it should have reached you on time. Regrettably, despite using global shipping leaders DHL / FedEx / UPS, transit delay is outside our area of control. In order to alert you to the possibility of delivery delay, we also display a note on the Cart page, just below the shipping method. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

With regard to the stitching, we use either black or white thread depending on the colour of your cover. Since your selected colour is Charcoal Grey, we used a black thread. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and have shared it with the team.

Disappointed after a long wait to find sail received with wrong dimensions and imperfect finish ( run in stitching mid sail
Order in April and given a date of 5 May. Contacted them on the 3rd May as hasn't received any shipping details and told date had changed and apparently everyone got an e-mail but someone had forgotten me. Also product comes from India so if you live in Northern Ireland expect to be told of delays but that doesn't bother shipping company who delivered on the wrong day. They told me Wednesday but I knew I would be out so changed in to Thursday but they still delivered on the Wednesday. Just fortunate I was in.
I couldn't be more pleased with my outdoor sofa cover, bit nervous as I had to submit the measurements myself, but it fits fine, great quality good weight and very well made, I couldn't be happier

Would definitely purchase again, however I would improve your packaging as the product was severely creased which I'm hoping comes out once stretched. Overall good quality.
Ordered on 02/04/21 - meant to be delivered 26/04/21 to get a text that they couldn't get hold of the material for the cushion cover about a day before it was meant to be delivered... I'm now still waiting for the product!
