Brilliant from start to finish really accommodating, I had made a mistake on my order and they quickly rectified it. Item arrived early and is amazing quality really comfy and looks worth 3 or 4 times what I paid so overall super happy would definitely use again!

Good customer service and individual to my needs
After our premium fitted bbq cover from another manufacturer literally fell apart after a couple of summers worth of sun, we chose covers & all. The new cover is fantastic, great material, and fit. The zipped front makes getting on a doddle.

I measured the cushion box that needed covering, inputed the details into the website, paid a very reasonable price and in 5 days a perfectly fitting cover turned up, made to a fantastic quality!

Ordered the cover with a fast delivery time and a guaranteed delivery which cost an additional 30 quid. Cover took a week longer than promised to be dispatched and delivered. Seller did not refund the additional shipping cost. There was a query with the size but that was answered within 2 hours of the query.

Easy to order via website, good communication regarding delivery date (actually well before stated delivery date) produce was to exact size and specification, overall very good service and will use again.
Ordering was easy, followed instructions in providing measurements, a little slow to arrive but no follow up to ask if everything was OK after cover arrived. Cover is a little too short all round the bottom so doesn't fully cover the oven when it rains. I can live with but add 2 inches to height if your pizza oven sits on stand.

While we are sorry to have missed following up about your delivery via our support channels, we tried doing so by soliciting this review to gain an idea about your satisfaction and we are happy to have received a candid reply. The pizza oven cover was manufactured slightly shorter in order to allow sufficient room for airflow and avoid any unnecessary condensation on the inside as otherwise, it would damage the pizza oven equipment itself and /or the cover both.
