Weeks wait 9 days of which was UPS constantly changing the delivery date, wrong order turned up. I seem to have the order for someone in the US (I am in the UK). Contacted company straight away but fobbed off with being passed to complaints dept and possible 3 day wait to even acknowledge the issue! This is a customer service issue which should be given prompt attention. Cover wasn't cheap.
I thought it was a uk company although the photos looked like the USA.
Turns out it is made and dispatched from India. Not a problem but probably added to the confusion regarding the installation and ordering the correct stuff.
