Quick efficient service although automatically adding an extended warranty seems sharp practice. Choose a delivery date but they arrived 10 days before chosen date which is good but lucky we were in to receive them

The product is superb and well made, however the communication with the team is frustrating. The design team are based in India and cannot communicate directly using email. I had to start a chat with them, then the chat person would send a link with the engineers reply. Really disappointing process and needs to be streamlined.
The design team would comment on my account that there was a message, couldn't click on the link, so had to talk to a chat bot. They would then have to find my order and the latest communication.
The design once all their requested measurements were done (x3) was clear enough.
Considering they send marketing emails to me I am surprised they couldn't send email updates or a link to the update. In the end after I didn't receive my order by the expected date I ended up contacting them then checking every couple of days if there was a progress report as the design engineers are quick with their responses.

I was desperate to recover my cushions and came across this website so took a chance. I spent time measuring and measuring again just to make sure they were accurate, as well as uploading photos. 4 seat cushions, 2 back cushions and 2 side cushions.
The team emailed back with their queries which was easy to respond to.
Delivery was earlier than expected.
The covers are very well made. Piping to the edges where requested, sturdy double zips. Lovely fabric and colour and all for approx £120 which is so much cheaper than replacing the furniture.
