File 2 cases with your "company" and to this day nothing has happened. You cant answer the phone, which I now understand why with all your complaints. I filed on 1/******* and 2/16/2023. Just got off the phone with the court and they have nothing from you, I do not even have cases. I paid all your fees online, paid for sheriff service, sent in 2 money orders for $96 each and NOTHING. You had mentioned months ago you mailed these docs. I would like to simply ask for a full refund on both of my cases and I will just apply in person here in NC.

Thank you for your time.

UPDATE BOTH CASES FILED -23CVM328 and 23CMV327 when materials are received as instructed by us.

Per our numerous correspondences and email exchanges with you since Jan/Feb 2023 in regards to the required materials and court fees, we finally received the court fees several weeks ago. Your cases which were drafted and emailed to you in Jan/Feb was redone after being held on docket for months. Cases have mailed back to the courthouse for processing. NC review, filing/sheriff service and hearing date is a 1-2 month process.

We have been emailing you this information for months and reconfirming your questions in regards to the court costs (NC only takes money orders or cashier check).

In conclusion, all your emails have been answered promptly - the delay was from you end not ours. We completed the case petitions upon receipt of case. We have been filing in NC since 2004 without any issues if instructions are followed.

Austrian airlines for lost our baggage during a holiday stay, out of options I tried my luck with courtlinked.com. My paralegal found their agent in United State, initiated the small claims lawsuit and case settled out of court. Recovered my costs and expenses. Amazing service to have as an arsenal.

I filed 3 cases with courtlinked.com. Within a14 day period. They lost track of where my cases went. 45 days past and I contacted them and they could not tell me where my cases were going to be tried. I told them they were useless. They quit on ne and refused to give me back my money. They told me they were not going to refund my money. I had to do all the paperwork myself.

Mr. Peter Zea,

You filed 4 cases with Courtlinked.com and all 4 cases were declined by the credit card issuer. The 2 cases that did get processed were completed and emailed to you for review and signature. At this time, you kept requesting the change of venue that you placed on your original questionnaire. After numerous of rude demand by Mr. Zea to our professional associates trying to assist him with his case, Courtlinked.com canceled and processed a full refund.

Very rude and demanding client and his reviews are retaliatory since we decided not to continue his case. Mr. Peter Zea also did file 2 cases with Courtlinked.com in 2020-2021 that were completed.

Below are the refund transaction and Mr. Peter Zea has received the petitions for CA and can proceed with the filing.

I have nothing good to say about this courtlinked.com, avoid at all costs. I would rather not go into detail because they threated me legally if I were to post anything that was not true about them. This is my opinion, my opinion is true, do what you want with that.

On September 04,2023, Mr. Jason Korth initiated a small claims filing in NJ. During his email questions prior, we indicated that we are not attorneys and do not review merits of case and that he should consult with an attorney as he is based in NC and the defendant in NJ over a medical Mal-practice cause of action. He continued with our filing program.

In his submitted questionnaire, Mr. Korth indicated that nature of this claim/cause of action is "Professional Negligence". From the one sentence statement provided, our paralegals professional research the venue, processed the complaint and forwarded complaint for Mr. Korth to review, approve, sign and return the petitions for filing.

On September 19,2023, Mr. Jason Korth returned his signed/approved materials for filing. Our paralegals issued the summons and sent the case for court processing. Our paperwork and case was reviewed, accepted and filed by the courthouse (NJ Case Number SSX-SC-168-23); the scope of services retained by Mr. Korth.

The service was completed by Courtlinked.com to the scope of the service obtained. Mr. Jason Korth later received notice from the attorneys of the defendant that the case he has initiated is outside the venue of small claims and or the wording he has utilized was incorrect. Mr. Jason Korth notified us and as of courtesy we submitted the petitions for him to amend the complaint.

The judge has dismissed the case entirely due to the errors by Mr. Jason Korth - nothing do with Courtlinked.com or our services. Mr. Jason Korth has now utilized derogatory emails against our paralegals, demanding a full refund and threatening to publish a meritless review.

Our services our guaranteed and we have been conducting this service since 2004 with over 100k filed. We do not ask for positive reviews received daily, keep our prices low to assist individuals obtain monetary justice using small claims and Mr. Jason Korth is not entitled to a refund. We spent time and money processing cases and his case was prepared and correctly filed.

Worst decision ever
October 17, 2023

Don't use this company. I had to return my paperwork twice due to errors. Then I was given a court date, showed up to be informed the defendant was never served. The judge told me 100% of the time a plaintiff shows up to court after using Courtlink the case isn't ready to move forward. I had to re file and now I have to find a server on my own. Save yourself the money and stress and do it yourself.

The task of Courtlinked.com is to prepare, file and manage service of the defendant via third-party licensed and court approved serving firms - service we conduct daily. We also do not make mistake or have errors - request for changes were made during the initial review stages of the documents. As for the judge, this comment cannot be verified as we have filed and processed small claims cases in El Paso Judicial Court successfully since 2004.

The case was correctly filed (case 2023CV-522 - Poole vs 1st Class Overhead Garage Door) and forwarded to the court approved licensed process server that reported the following below of non-service due to a bad address.

Courtlinked.com is simply being blamed for non-service of the defendant (along with majority of reviews due to non-service of a defendant). Mr. Robert Poole has received the sworn affidavit of non-service and Courtlinked.com has also offered to assist him in re-serving his case once a new hearing date is obtained. Mr. Poole wanted additional stakeout/investigations service - a service we do not perform. This has to go to an investigator to locate his defendants and serve them personally. His defendants are using a satellite post office as reported by Metro Intelligence.

Please do not blame our service due to the negligent to use proper discretion when transacting with individuals and businesses - in this case a business that is using a fictitious address.

We charge $89.95 to prepare, file and forward the case to process servers, sheriff's and or USPS certified mailing protocols.

This was done under perjury by a licensed server below:

September 23,2023@ 1:00PM, September 25@ 9:30AM and October 4@ 2:45PM.

The address provided by the claimant is a P.O. Box station - Postal Annex, Satellite office.

VERY SLOW
September 25, 2023

*The process was over six months. The response isn't correct at all.

I originally had a positive experience with this company. As time went on, I realized I may have been duped...they told me 30 to 90 days to get filed and to serve the defendant. I don't mind the process taking a little longer, but they said 30 to 90 days...it's now SIX MONTHS. NO COMMUNICATION OR UPDATES ETC. Beware!

Ms. Sandman, you have received your professionally drafted demand letter, which you approved and received the tracking number. You have also received the drafted court petition/complaint for the county and state you are suing and returned it to us with an approval for filing. You have had no issues with our legal services.

This review is merely on the delay and backlog of your case at the courthouse level. The 30-90 day time-frame we provide is a general time frame of what we have experienced with the courthouses in that county. We cannot rush or expedite a legal small claims filing. Your case was sent to the courthouse on: 2023-06-25 - 10:39:53; upon receipt of your signed petitions. There is no e-filing in this county. All materials are originals and mailed.

It has NOT been 6 months and all your emails have been promptly answered within the same hour.

You have received a great service, have approved all our work and this review is merely on the slow legal system.

Today, you sent us an email requesting cancellation and refund. We have agreed to your request and you have received a confirmation of this email.

However, you still have an active case with our payment that was sent to the courthouse for processing that requires cancellation and request of our payment that we covered on your case.

My small claims court filing was rejected by the court in which it was filed citing they were not originals. I get it - courts often appear to be looking for reasons to reject filings. I returned the signed originals to Courtlinked exactly as requested. I have to assume that Courtlinked filed copies and not the originals since the only thing I gave them were original signed documents and the court rejected them as copies. Aside from the error, when I contacted Courtlinked to help resolve, they immediately and rudely responded that I must have done something wrong and I need to contact the court to resolve it. They even sugested that I somehow had not applied an original signature? I'm not even sure how that's possible, but their communication was confrontational and clear that they were not about to help me resolve. Their approach to customer service is "the customer is always wrong"

As a business, we have the right to respond.

Mr. Williams Rhodes (Southlake, Texas) received a rejection because the courthouse clerk has indicated that his signatures are not originals or cannot be verified as originals. This has nothing to do with our services.

Our emails are prompt, professional and will no tolerate any rude email remarks about the quality of our services. We receive cases from Jefferson County, Colorado weekly without any issue. Our instructions were very clear to sign the HIGHLIGHTED pages and return the originals for filing. We do not make any mistakes; if a mistake is made the case will be refunded in full.

Mr. Rhodes could have simply resigned and returned the materials for reprocessing, but has threaten to use meritless reviews against us to obtain a refund on completed research, work and materials received.

A matter of resigning and re-submission of a case does not constitute a negative review or refund on a legal process that has been conducted correctly.

I just received an email from courtlinked.com they just told me they are not dealing with my cases (2) anymore and they are keeping my money ($84 x 2 and money orders for $50 and for $30, and 90 for having someone served.) I wanted the cases to be heardcin fresno ca. My paperwork was returned to me and said it had to be heard in contra costa County. They claim they have not received my paper work and are not returning my money and my second case they claim they never received my paperwork. They have dropped the ball all the way along the route with me. So now I told them im going to blow them up on social media and everywhere else I can expose them. They are now trying to pay me back $85. Only problem is they owe me $85x2 $30, $50, and $90.

Courtlinked.com processed Mr. Peter Zea's case for Contra Costa County. Our associates are professionals and understand the legal proceedings. After numerous declined filings, and final a submission the case was received. We sent you our research and prepared petitions for review. You later in a very derogatory language with our paralegal requested the venue change to Fresno Superior Court; you also added travel fees. Our associates complied and changed the venue as instructed by Peter Zea for Fresno County. The complaint was processed, the case was sent to Fresno County and rejected due to parties being in different counties; as we indicated rejection during numerous email exchanges.

Mr. Zea has filed 7 cases during the course of 2020-2023. The email communication is very rude and unprofessional for a firm that is hired to help. For his 2023 case and due to his unpleasant email communication, we decided that we are no longer going to handle his case. We provided correct petitions/case filing which was altered resulting in the rejection and return from Fresno County. A full refund was processed regardless of work done and Mr. Zea will retrieve his filing fees from the courthouse. Mr. Peter Zea also provided false information in regards to the mailing of another court case with threatening remarks.

Courtlinked.com is here to assist individuals with their small claims cases. We will not tolerate any threats or inappropriate language as we are not your defendants. Our initial processing is always correct. The venue and rejection was instructed by the claimant. Case status is always online and all claimant receive email notices along with original content by mail.

Had to go after a negligent landlord in small claims court in Pima County, Arizona. Courtlinked saved the day. They filed and served quickly, at a building cost under what local companies would have charged. Best of all, everything was done properly and legally to meet Pima County requirements. My small claims action would be later admitted to Justice Court so the maximum dollar involved went from $3500 to $*******. Could not be happier with the quality of service from Courtlinked, the documentation, the follow-up, the plaintiff claim, the demand letter, all were done legally and professionally. When I had questions, they would respond within one hour with emails and or phone calls. Highly recommended for your legal service needs. Excellent service, excellent results. Five stars.

Knowing nothing about the small claims process, I utilized their services to assist me on a lemon vehicle case. The paperwork was on point professionally drafted. I know for a fact that if I filed this myself, it would have been dismissed. Will repeat and refer. I had to leave several VM, but calls were always returned along with prompt email replies.

I filed my case with courtlinked and had great results. Living in the state of Texas my entire life I did not know the process for filing a small claims. The associates at courtlinked not only answered all my questions but made the process an ease. Everything was put together accordingly to my local courts. I finally got a judgment against a constructions company I have been battling since 2016. Courtlinked also found their correct business information via recorders office which never crossed my mind. They also found their construction license which should result in insurance payout. For the amazing price the charge; they really do care. *******@10.

Amazing small claims
March 11, 2016

I am very pleased with the services provided by courtlinked.com; the price of $75 is uncalled for!

I will definitely recommend their services to anyone that do not have the time to visit the courthouse or know the procedure.

However, once in awhile I go get Courtlinked VM; but the call is returned promptly. I can imagine the high volume of calls they receive due to their great service. My case was filed and defendant called immediately to settle out.

Small claims kings.
September 5, 2019

From current client: Hired courtlinked for a suit against hertz, did not know what I was doing and had no clue. I trusted their service, filed within my state and provided the branch information. Unbeknownst and faults in my brief could have resulted in a dismissal/loss. Courtlinked correct my work, even the actual franchisee was listed properly. Every pleased and satisfied. Small claims sound small and simple, but it real isn't to a novice.

If you need to file a small claim, but have no idea how to get started, this website is extremely helpful. For a small fee, they handle all the legal transactions that you know nothing about. I am very happy I was introduced to this site--they got me the money I deserved because the defendant wanted to settle immediately. I would highly recommend CourtLinked to others.
