Great Price / Good Quailty

Ordered a 4 piece wicker patio set and overall very pleased with our purchase. The furniture was a little smaller than we expected, but actually a good size for our patio area. The only real problem we had was the hardware package inside the box was broke open and most items were missing. Costway was very good about sending the new hardware, but had to wait another week before we could put the furniture together.

Disappointed with product

The stationary bike I ordered was poor quality and defective when I opened the box. It also has an awful squeak while in use. I thought I was getting a great deal for my stationary bike that was only $65 but I guess I got what I paid for. I won't be buying anything else from this company again because they have such poor quality products.

Good Systems

Very Dissatisfied - Do Not Purchase

The we put the canopy up clips were missing and there were holes in it. I have called customer services numerous times with no response! I have also emailed.

I am stuck with a. Fan that never worked it was shipped from New Jersey from some shipment company that NEVER answered the phone. I am out fifty bucks. The shipment message says Gold Star.

Found the same item selling on e-bay cheaper after purchasing mine from the costway website and it ships from the same warehouse. Contacted Costway and was told they sell it under different stores and won't offer the price adjustment...

Cat tree.

I gifted this tree to my daughter who has 5 cats. They all love it! So far it is withstanding the abuse they are giving it. Two of the three boys are brats and are incredibly active. They are giving this tree a run for it's money when they chase each other all over the house. I am so pleased it was so well received by them.

I received an email confirmation immediately and the charges were taken but I never received the item. I called multiple times and could never reach a live person but I left several voice messages but got no return phone call. I sent emails with no response as well. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank to try to get my money back. Very disappointed with this situation. I ended up ordering this item from a different seller and received it with no issue.
