I purchased I mini split based on the ad saying it was the latest model but it wasn't. It was $500 and they won't take a return because they claim that they don't return anything on sale and everything they have is on sale so no returns even though I can't use the product. I purchased based on easy return policy that was a lie. I believe costway is a complete scam.
I bought a dining table from costway and it was a complete disaster. The table had scratches all over it and the assembly was impossible due to missing screws. I contacted customer support but they took forever to reply and when they did they were unhelpful. Very frustrated with this purchase. Won't be shopping here again.

I purchase this wonderful 48 Inch Fireplace TV Stand with 18 Inch Fireplace Insert for TVs up to 55 Inch - Costway November 2023. It works amazingly well. This piece is very well made, sturdy and the fireplace works so well. It arrived very quickly, and the packaging was designed to protect the product from some of the rough shipping conditions we see today. Assembly was about 50 minutes. Purchased a fiber optic christmas tree that quit working within 2 weeks of purchase. Customer service just ask the same questions o er and over. Asked me to send a video, but it was rejected from me posting to them. They literally went out of their way to be of no help at all. I'll never buy another costway product. They're cheap and don't last long.

My 75-year-old mother ordered a space heater with wheels for her house. The wheels wobble and it is difficult for her to move. She tried requesting a return and was told to take a video as proof of the problem. When we sign in to the website her order is not even showing up. She's 75 and doesn't want to piddle with this nonsense. Sending it back and looking into resolving through the credit card company.

Wish there was a negative star system. It makes me choose a minimum of 1 star. It does not rate it!
Just finished putting together the TS*******, Triangle Climbing Toy. It took 2 days and my own tools.
- screw heads are very shallow and when trying to tighten, it cams out the screw head. - had to go buy different screws
- the "tool" you supply is in no way what is required to put the screws in
- the wooden styles don't fit in the shallow notches provided, and many are warped
- very awkward and poor design to try to assemble, NOT a job for one person
In summary, I will never buy another Costway product. This product is a duplicate of a more expensive product and very cheaply produced.

First off I spent over 2000 dollars with them.I purchased a mini split ac from them because my cooler died on my home and it was 115 outside and 100 inside. They said 5-7 days delivery and it took 2weeks. Wen it showed up it was broken, bent, and pieces falling out of box. Submitted ticket for replacement of damaged goods. They said 48hours for response. 4days no response so I contacted and the rest is below

As some other customers, I passed an order last week, and after 6 days with the "shipping" status, nothing has been actually sent. I wrote an email to their support, and still no answer since then.
I will wait for another couple of days before requesting a refund and never order again from this company.
We recently purchased a canopy from Costway. Long story short. It didn't last a week. The company was very good about giving us a refund. It may be good if you live in a place where there is absolutely no wind or rain. It's really not made with very strong material. To bad because it fits perfectly on our deck. The reason for a 3 star was because the company responded well but the product was very poor quality even though "Inspired by VALUE QUALITY That Lasts" is written on the box. Good to see a company stand behind the customer! For sure I'd buy from Costway again just not this item!

Worst customer service. Sent an email to initiate return through their automated process days after I received a damaged product. Finally got a reply 3 months later that since I was out of warranty now the return could not be accepted. Infuriating to say the least. And you can't even get anyone on the phone to get a decent apology from. Worst online experience ever.
Worst company I've ever had the displeasure to associate with. Made my life nothing but a headache over a stupid 150 dollar umbrella. Felt like there were only toddlers working there incapable of critical thinking and problem solving. Something that should have taken one hour to resolve, lead to two phone calls to overstock.com (also a terrible experience), two phone calls to costway (each of which I was on hold for an hour or more), and two emails. Each interaction gave me different direction and a 2-3 day time line. All because they were incompetent and sent me the wrong parts. Went on Amazon bought a universal base, was here in one day, no problems. I will be leaving bad reviews anywhere the name costway is written or typed. They wanna string me along and waste my time, well now they have all my time and attention. They only got one star because it requires it.

I ordered 4 bar stools which look great and was easy to assemble. However, the 4th chair didn't stay in place. Whenever I pick it up, it comes apart. The base and the chair separates and the lever to adjust it won't budge.
I've been getting nowhere with their customer service. They ask me for clarity which I confirmed. They asked me for pictures which I sent. Now they're asking me for a video and the reason why it doesn't work. Umm I don't know, could be that it's DEFECTIVE?
If Costway doesn't want to resolve this by just replacing the chair then just state that instead of giving me the round around.
