I have been waiting a month for a response from Costway's customer service dept. to no avail.
Several attempts made and nothing but crickets.
I would not shop with this very poor business model that is intended to provide a lousy shopping experience.
Wayfair is probably a better option.
I was surprised to find bar stools that fit perfectly with my kitchen island. They are comfortable and unobtrusive but elegant in their design. The most important and unexpected thing for me however is the customer service I received. Having successfully assembled three of the stools, I ran into a problem with the fourth requiring some help to resolve. I requested a part which I thought would solve was the problem. My mistake was thinking I could fix it myself without help. I received the part without any issues. After experiencing more problems, they are sending me a new stool at no expense to me. I appreciate their generous offer and it's refreshing to know that customer service was beyond my expectations and shows that they take customer surface seriously.
I ordered a Rattan lounge chair from The Bay, Cost Way was the market place supplier. My husband spent 2 hours trying to install it till the very last steps, we found that the parts was not correct, so we were not able to put the folding canopy up. The quality of this chair is also very bad. The paint already peeling off and parts rusted. I started the returning process, after almost a week, the Market Place supplier haven't get back to me. I have been calling the Bay, sending them emails and pictures. The Bay told me they have escalated, but still nobody contact me for the return. It's been very frustrated. Till this moment this issue still not resolved.

I purchased an ice maker 2/18/22. Last week 9/14/22 a chunk of metal was in our ice. Again this morning 9/20/22 another chunk. Called Target where I purchased they said contract Costway. Contacted Costway and after a rude customer rep they basically are saying I wasted $450 and won't replace it. I don't want my money back I just want a new one so that no one accidentally gets metal in their system.

Received a patio umbrella and stand. One piece missing, the cap that keeps the sand in the base. Could not be used without that piece. The shipping information said to call Costway for missing or broken parts. Called the number on the shipping label. On hold for 55 minutes. Lady comes on the phone and wanted the tracking number. When I gave it to her she said, "Oh, you bought that from Wayfair. You need to call them." Wayfair's email says they will send the missing part but it will take 24 days to get to us. An unusable umbrella and base will sit in the living room for three and a half weeks. Why would anyone want that type of service?
Purchased this gaming chair for my daughter. Her previous chair lost it's cushioning within two weeks. It is 3 months later and I still don't see a difference from the first day I received it. Easy to assemble, comfortable, she can game for hours no problem. Unfortunately. LOL

Excellent overall - the packing was super, so received the mirrored large item without mirror breakage and no scratches on cabinet. Very fast shipping time - love the cabinet. I did not see a cabinet with other than two top lights/ would have loved more light in lower dark shelves.

I've never heard of Costway before until I was searching for a specific type of lounge chair. Not only did I find it for sale from Costway for a significantly lower price than any other seller, but I got free and fast shipping. Next time I buy furniture, this will be included in my top stores to look at!

I order a jeep back in April for my son's birthday. I had to email to confirm the shipping because it took more than two weeks and packages came separately which I was unaware of. Because of this I was scared that the full shipment wouldn't go out because this is not a reputable company. When I did email the company they were very rude.
Fast forward to June and the motor is burnt up. I have emailed customer service a week ago and I have not received a email back.
I would never order from this company ever again. Beware.
First, they double charged me. When I emailed them about this, they asked me to send them a screenshot of my banking to prove it, which I did. But I thought that was sketchy. Can't they look it up in their system? I had to prove it to them that they double charged me? Then the item as marked as delivered and it never showed up at my house. I check their tracking and it says it was delivered at Bordentown, NJ which is states away from where I live. NOT IMPRESSED. I would give negative stars if I could.

Assembled per instructions but added a drop of wood glue to wooden peg holes.
Process took about 45 minutes. Need second person to mount to wall. Instructions didn't include which size drill bit for the wall anchors provided. Which can cause securing issues. Safety could be compromised from falling off wall.

Broken item. Contacted to get replacement or refund. 2 responses of giving me a monetary discount. Would be fine if the item wasnt broken. Still waiting for my replacement. Hope you resolve this costway.
This company will ship your product broken, not stand behind their products they sell, will not respond to your emails of any issues and make it very hard to contact them via phone with estimated long waits of 50 min. Or more. Please heed this warning before you buy anything from this company. They do not know how to run their business nor how to provide customer service to paying customers.
Strongly recommend you reconsider buying here and understand what may happen to you if you do.
I ordered a white Christmas tree from this company through best buy and it came in two different color, one off white mixed with white! Now why in the world would a company do this to a customer! They are trying to offer me $30 in compensation! Horrible they need to refund my money amd stop taking advantage of people and their hard earned money. Best buy should be ashamed to be affiliated with a company like this. I am shocked and disgusted by such blatant cruelty, disrespect and dishonesty.
I purchased a ride on tractor from Costway for my 3 year old for Christmas. We finally tried it outside once it was better weather and one of the motors stopped working within a week of use. Costway will not offer any support even though it was purchased just over 3 months ago. DO NOT BUY from this company! Stick with a reliable brand with good support.

After getting nothing but hot air. I contacted Walmart for return. Costway keeps wanting me to do troubleshooting. I knew they were wanting to stall me. I'm contacting bank to reverse charges. Nothing but plastic pieces and blower. My floor fan works better. Walmart is responsible and Walmart was paid. Don't order any of their crap.
My husband had to use a rotary tool to grind down screw holes in the kitchen island cart so that we could even begin to put it together. It took us several days to put this maddening item together because we had to modify parts over and over again to make them work. I'll NEVER buy a costway product again. I'd rather pay twice as much for a product from another company. Hassle, hassle, hassle. Never again.

Safety alert. Purchased above patio swing from Costway. After about 9 months and very sparing use, the seat tore down when I sat down and I fell into swing. Lucky I was not seriously injured. I weight only 150 lbs. someone heavier could have been badly hurt, broken their hips or something. I wrote to Costway about a replacement or refund about 4 weeks ago but no response yet.
