I ordered a kitchen buffet. It arrived quickly by a courier company who were very good and called me as they were delivering. The product was packed well and the included pieces were in tact. The instructions to build it were easy to follow. However, the hinges were MISSING! Contacted Costway who told me that the hinges were out of stock. So they knowingly sold and delivered an incomplete product and they did so without any communication prior. Perhaps they thought I wouldn't notice the missing hinges? I have had to continuously follow them up via email. They have never once initiated contact to update me. Six weeks later and my cabinet is STILL missing the hinges. Although I would recommend the product, I do NOT recommend Costway. So if like me, your product is available from someone else, choose someone else! I wish I had!
Cheap crap that falls apart first go - Screws don't go in far enough to hold pieces together. So regret wasting my money on this brand, never again! They're just thieves!

The rocking chair's frame is poorly made — joints aren't properly welded, and there's visible corrosion. Sharp, unfinished edges have already ripped my clothes. Feels flimsy and unsafe. Definitely not worth the price.

I would give this company 0 stars for communication, product quality, return process.
I ordered two 3 tiered garden beds and when I got them it was disgusting the quality I received and paid 119.99 each. The one package I did open, the panels were so cheap and the instructions were terrible. I had to rent a drill to drill holes in the metal and when using the brackets, nothing lined up and wouldn't stay connected when moving it. I had 2 men who work in home renovations said I got scammed. They could barely put the panels together. Then you had to stack them and brace them. We'll when you stacked them, they didn't even line up and could not put on the brackets so needless to say they are not together and I have 3 separate panels now and they are useless. Oh forgot to mention the metal had this weird film on it which looked weathered and looked years old despite just buying it brand new. When I contacted costway and showed them all the pictures they said they needed to contact the manufacturer and then when I implied I wanted to return the unopened garden I had plus wanted a refund for garbage I cant even use for what it's intended for it took quite some time for them.to say they would refund me. I shipped the unopened package back and they recieved it last Thursday and I emailed times and then finally got a response a week later! Saying the warehouse has to inspect the "unopened package" and can take a "long time". This is unacceptable business! It's been well over a month now with no resolution, no refund, im out all this money and their customer support communication is terrible. You literally have to send 4 emails so get a response. They are selling garbage products for high value and their customer service and returns are garbage and im appalled. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER...

I purchased I mini split based on the ad saying it was the latest model but it wasn't. It was $500 and they won't take a return because they claim that they don't return anything on sale and everything they have is on sale so no returns even though I can't use the product. I purchased based on easy return policy that was a lie. I believe costway is a complete scam.

I bought a dining table from costway and it was a complete disaster. The table had scratches all over it and the assembly was impossible due to missing screws. I contacted customer support but they took forever to reply and when they did they were unhelpful. Very frustrated with this purchase. Won't be shopping here again.

I purchase this wonderful 48 Inch Fireplace TV Stand with 18 Inch Fireplace Insert for TVs up to 55 Inch - Costway November 2023. It works amazingly well. This piece is very well made, sturdy and the fireplace works so well. It arrived very quickly, and the packaging was designed to protect the product from some of the rough shipping conditions we see today. Assembly was about 50 minutes. I purchased Cost Way's 2 Speed Wide Mouth Fruit and Vegetable Centrifugal Electric Juicer. The picture looked ok and the inexpensive price caught my attention.
Compared to my previous Breville juicer (which I had for many years), this is a piece of crap. It's confusing and difficult to assemble and disassemble. The container they provide for the juice is very small. The spout where the juice comes out is very low making it necessary to use their pathetic container which holds very little juice.
It doesn't juice carrots well. Large pieces of carrots get stuck in the blades.
I didn't want to spend the money to send it back. It was a complete waste of approx. 49 dollars. I will donate it to an animal organization. Maybe they will give it away to someone who has nothing.
After you receive the item, Cost Way nags you (via email) to do a review on their product. They strongly encourage you to write a positive review by bribing you with a nice discount on your next purchase.
This is likely why they have so many rave reviews. If you sell me a piece of garbage, I won't be bribed to lie.

I bougt a gift for Christmas at the end of November, received a conformation email and the tracking number. A week later I checked the progress and found out that a lable was created but no further action. I contacted their customer service and asked if they could find out what happened. They told me to be patient and wait, after one more week the situation was the same. I contacted them again and explained that it was a Christmas gift and it would be nice to get it on time and if it is possible to start investigation, the answer was, "Don't worry, it is on the way, just be patient". Finally, on December 19th after I contacted them 3rd time, I got the answer that my item most likely got lost and I shoud go and buy another gift in some other store. Really? I would NEVER deal with this company again.

Wish there was a negative star system. It makes me choose a minimum of 1 star. It does not rate it!
Just finished putting together the TS*******, Triangle Climbing Toy. It took 2 days and my own tools.
- screw heads are very shallow and when trying to tighten, it cams out the screw head. - had to go buy different screws
- the "tool" you supply is in no way what is required to put the screws in
- the wooden styles don't fit in the shallow notches provided, and many are warped
- very awkward and poor design to try to assemble, NOT a job for one person
In summary, I will never buy another Costway product. This product is a duplicate of a more expensive product and very cheaply produced.
