I ordered a hitch carrier and it was missing some of the assembly hardware. I called service and told them what was missing and they responded by email "please send us a photo of the manual with the pieces you are missing circled'. They told me corporate had to look at it and they would get back to me, this was on 8/24. On 8/28, I received an email stating "our corporation has went ahead and shipped the missing items". Since I needed to use the carrier, I purchased the missing nuts and bolts (less than $2., 00), on my own. They sent me a "screw pack" which I received 9/4,11 days after I told them about the missing parts!

This Cat tree was extremely easy to assemble, I am 40 yrs Young lol... I assembled it n about 20 minutes... My 4 cats instantly loved it! It & it keeps them off my furniture most of the time... It's been about 5 months that I have it & with 4 crazy cats I cant complain because it's holding up pretty well... The brown Hanging mice were the only things that were demolished pretty fast after 1 month but you can easily attach new toys to hang from it! If your cats love to play rough like mine, I suggest Tightening the screws very tight to avoid parts from being unscrewed... I would definitely recommend this Stylish looking Cat tree to any Cat lovers out there & to ESPECIALLY buy it from COSTWAY Because you WON'T FIND IT AT A BETTER PRICE ANYWHERE ELSE THAN COSTWAY!

Bad quality, both sides of the luggage do not look the same. One side looks like it was damaged during shipment or something -- Wheels and handle also look flimsy, so it probably won't be durable. I will be satisfied if it lasts me one or two full trips.

Futon was garbage. The legs folded the 1st day. At present my futon is on top of 2 milk crates the right end no longer folds up. EXTREMELY poor construction standards and materials paid for with pennies for the horrible quality

I found matching 21" hard sided rolling suitcases for my twin grandchildren on Costway through the Walmart.com website for very reasonable pricing. They arrived promptly and the twins loved them! We went to Disneyworld and they had plenty of room for clothes and supplies, expandable, and easy for the 4 year olds to manage. They'll be around for a few years of traveling adventures!

Worst customer service. Sent an email to initiate return through their automated process days after I received a damaged product. Finally got a reply 3 months later that since I was out of warranty now the return could not be accepted. Infuriating to say the least. And you can't even get anyone on the phone to get a decent apology from. Worst online experience ever.

I was able to give my daughter a great birthday I otherwise couldn't afford. Kids Wooden Kitchen Cooking Playset - at least $40-$50 cheaper on Costway than any other online retailer. My daughter has SO enjoyed this & will be playing with it for years to come. & 5' Indian teepee - Also such huge savings on this. Costway finally resolved this issue. They provided a $150 credit back to my card and Rakuten issued enough points so betweenthe two I can replace the inflatable spa. Thank You Rakuten for encouraging Costway to settle this issue!

The product is a second. It doesn't sit straight. Leans forward. Not a deal. Not much padding on the seat. Fast shipping.
