Without posting a lengthy boring review, all you have to know is this company can not be trusted. If you change your mind and want to cancel, even within thier own protocols, they will delay until delivery. Then the will bribe you to keep it... unbelievable. And don't use PayPal to process it becasue you have no recourse. Youe use credit card instead.
I received 6 Costway patio chairs for assembly. However, I can't fully assemble them, as in some cases the steel rods are bent and the screws don't reach, in other cases, the screw holes don't line up, the little Allen keys that came with the screws are too small to adequately tighten the screws that I did manage to tighten, and due to the awkward location of the screws, I could only turn the Allen wrench 1/4 to 1/2 turn. I want my money back.
Do not buy anything from this company I purchased an icemaker less than six months ago and it is broke they did nothing to assist me in getting it fixed they gave me the runaround for several days and did not return my phone calls stay away from this company and do not buy nothing from them you will regret it
I was missing a pillow for the back of the chair. I contacted them. They said they didn't have any more in stock? They issued me $30. The customer service lady ended her email "Ps: You only need to reply to one e-mail to us." Very unprofessional, very rude.

As some other customers, I passed an order last week, and after 6 days with the "shipping" status, nothing has been actually sent. I wrote an email to their support, and still no answer since then.
I will wait for another couple of days before requesting a refund and never order again from this company.
The umbrella arrived yesterday and I assembled it. Seems to be a pretty good quality. The pole is fairly sturdy, the fabric seems heavy enough to last a while. My issue is how badly they communicated delivery. Was sent notice that it had been picked up the day after ordering and would be delivered that day. I hung around waiting for it. It didn't show. Turns out that it wasn't even picked up for a week after I placed the order. Getting any kind of shipping information, let alone accurate information was impossible. Why is that so hard to do? And why did it take a week to even have it picked up by FedEx? Very frustrating and because they totally crapped the bed on this, they get a very generous 3/5. Could have been less.

Thanks for charging me $40.00 for the privilege to return an item that was obviously sent to another person prior to sending it out to me. I was sent SECOND HAND MERCHANDISE! I was unaware that I was purchasing USED, OPEN BOX merchandise from your company and BestBuy.
The package contained a label in the name of: another customer.
It is obvious that I was sent merchandise that had been returned to you at least once before you sent it out to me.
PLEASE do not try to shift blame for this sticker to the Courier Company, as this label was on the inside of the package.
I am not impressed with your company and your return policy. It cost me $40.00 to return second-hand, open box, possibly used, merchandise to your company.
I will never deal with your company again in the future, nor would I recommend you to anyone. I will be posting a "Customer Comment" on your website (done), with my experience. I will also be lodging a complaint with BestBuy Canada.
AVOID, Worst purchase ever! BUYER BEWARE! They sent the wrong item out, and a different color than we ordered. To top it off the rear wheels never arrived. When we called to get help the number kept asking us to hold and then disconnected our calls. Then it would go to a Verizon mailbox, the next day the number was disconnected. Chat and email is no help either, they kept asking us for the same information time and time again and acted like they didn't sell us the product and implied that we were trying to grift some wheels from another product that they sell on their website. Product number TY*******. What a joke! From the quality of the product it is flimsy and cheap, it probably won't last 6 months of use if you happen to get the whole item. Try Walmart or other retailers if necessary to avoid service issues. Let them deal with returns, refunds and warranty for a no hassle transaction. This experience was a real letdown and pain for absolutely nothing.
I ordered a $700 patio set... HORRIBLE QUALITY! We have been fighting with COSTWAY to get a return label. We provided pictures and followed EVERY step in their own return policy. They told us an email is coming on 48 hours... its been 7 days! PLEASE NOTE... the listed phone number answers, directs you to follow the prompts and hangs up on us. 3x!
We again went through their customer service procedures... email, live chat and phone to only be told an email with our return label would come in 48 hours... AGAIN!
We are forced to having our bank proceed with a fraudulent business transaction for a return of our monies.
I received the two chair set ordered from Home Depot. The wrong parts were in the box and Costway's rep suggested using "great strength" to get the holes to line up. The holes were over an inch off. The quality seemed poor but these would have fit the space I want them for. Returning for a refund.
Ordered a patio set, they charged my credit card. Never shipped the item. Over a month later they said they would issue a refund, (which I have not received yet) because the item was "Lost in transit".
How can it be lost if it was never shipped.
I never asked for a refund, just wanted what I ordered. Still seeing the item advertised on more than 1 site.

Ordered a 12v truck for my grand-daughter's birthday. They shipped me a outdoor umbrella. There is no phone number to contact them so everything is done thru email. They told me that once I shipped back the umbrella they would ship out the truck. They offered no Compensation for their mistake. So because of their mistake I would not receive in time for her 2nd birthday. I would rate their customer service a 0.
I bought a cardio bike for Xmas and the monitor has never worked- I have spent 3 months trying to get them to replace it and they kept putting me off until the warranty ran out - they won't even call me back or email me back so I can find out where to buy it - the number to call hangs up after a voice recording- when I used the number I found o this site they kept giving me lies - promising responses but I never hit any
Their products are cheap, poorly manufactured and just not worth it. They have some terrible reviews…. And I didn't listen to them. I bought something, it sucked…. And they wouldn't accommodate what I was looking for to make up for it.
I just think you're better off paying a little bit more for whatever product your buying - because all their products seem to be crap quality.
My fater purchased this bed for me because I recently became disabled. The bed was over $600. I was in the bed yesterday and the bed broke while I was in it and fell to the floor... it's hard to get this situation handled. I'm going to seek legal counsel. I have no bed now, my back and legs are in pain. So I share with the world do not buy this bed it's not safe. It won't let me upload all the pictures. It seems to pick only some the rest it says the pictures to large to upload
My fiancé and I bought a mini dishwasher on March 4,2022, it was awesome, total gam changer but it stopped working on February 19th, 2023. It has a one year warranty so I reached out to customer service on the 19th and even though it took about week of back and forth, they resolved 100% it to my satisfaction. A+!
