1 week ago they created a shipping label with fedex and they still havent shipped the order. I contacted customer service through email (they dont have a phone nr...) and they answered after 3 days saying that it was shipped. Lies! I can see on Fedex website that they havent picked up the order and that there has only been a shipping label created. I contacted them again and im very annoyed. Im not sure if theyll send it or not, but if they dont soon then i will have to get a refund. This is ridiculous and such a waste of time and money! Dont waste your money here...
Bought the Red SUV battery part # *******, welds on the steering apparatus were poor. Mounting holes weren't drilled out, wiring ends for some of the lights and drive motors weren't even attached properly.
Thankfully we have a shop and the tools to make proper repairs and make the toy work properly as it was a gift for a local charity. A review was posted on the Costway website warning people and that was censored and not even posted. Most of the reviews for it are fake and easy to spot by the horrible English they use and English is not their first language. I would avoid anything built by these people as Customer Support is non existent and when you do get an email back, it is full of empty promises and platitudes and then nothing.
I have never written a review before but I have to tell you that Costway and bestoutdor are outstanding in their service. If you need anything please trust these companies. I needed desperately a little girl's car for my two granddaughters for Chistmas this year. No only did it get to PA on December 22nd but I was constantly informed of where the package was; it was sent Federal Express and I can tell you this company is trustworthy and their products are wonderful. In these uncertain times, buy from these two companies with complete confidence.
I ordered a white Christmas tree from this company through best buy and it came in two different color, one off white mixed with white! Now why in the world would a company do this to a customer! They are trying to offer me $30 in compensation! Horrible they need to refund my money amd stop taking advantage of people and their hard earned money. Best buy should be ashamed to be affiliated with a company like this. I am shocked and disgusted by such blatant cruelty, disrespect and dishonesty.
I ordered a Bugatti ride on car for my sons birthday. Not only was my order delayed but I was promised the car in 2-6 business days … three weeks later it still didn't come. I didn't have a gift for my 2 year old. When I contacted this company I spoke to a supervisor named Ron who literally told me he couldn't help me. I spent over 200$ on this toy and he said there was nothing he could do. I demanded a refund which he also claimed he couldn't do. I had t contact the costway headquarters by via email. They emailed me back and gave me a refund but my son didn't have what I ordered for his birthday and if this wasn't bad enough the horrible supervisor kept hanging up on me when I kept calling for a refund. He also got his other employees to hang up on me. I called over 20 times. Each time I was hung up on. Again this is the worst experience I have ever had with any purchase I've ever made. Do yourself a favor … don't deal with this company.
I really wish I would of read these reviews sooner! I just bought a 10 pound dryer from them about 2 weeks ago, just received yesterday and not only did they send the wrong size but it does not get hot AT ALL! My hair dryer gets hotter than this dryer they sent me can't call them been emailing them and they're giving me every option except sending me a return label for my refund this is such a horrible and inconveniencing experience I hope my review can help someone save the time and money I wish I could have if I could of given 0 stars I would have
I ordered a climbing triangle in October for my son for Christmas. 8 of the dowels are too large for the pockets that they rest in for it to be secured and screwed together. I reached out to customer service and they have been less than helpful and treated us like we were stupid. Less than par customer service. It says in the packet when putting it together to contact them before returning, I would rather have returned it and not contacted for their lack of assistance and their inability to communicate in a timely manner.

I received my Steerable Garden Cart Rolling Work Seat. Part number GT3452. The seat is very comfortable, The instructions were very clear and easy to put together. Like others I was thinking I have to be short a screw or bolt but no way The Cart came complete and is very strong and looks like it will last a long time. I would defiantly buy from Costway again.

I placed an order for the wrong item. I tried to cancel within 5 minutes of placing it. They charged me $17 to contact the carrier to have it cancelled. I could've done it myself but they weren't willing to share the information and insisted I pay. Weird!
I tried to purchase an oil radiator heater on Amazon through my Klarna app. Costway bypassed the app and charged directly from my account. I can't cancel nor change the payment method. I will never select another item from the Costway seller on Amazon! If I could give a negative 5 star review I would!
Purchased a teppanyaki grill months prior to finding out my landlord sold my house, everything went to storage until we got moved & settled. I finally opened this box and found the drip pan brojen and the end that goes into the griddle loojs burned. They responded to my email wanting to know where, when purchased etc. I told them I don't recall, burned the box right after I pulled the broken griddle out. Understandbly the pan could've broken in storage, but the burned end looks like it was used. They will not tell me if I can get replacement parts or how much. Just keep on insisting that they need tracking, etc
I ordered through BestBuy on their marketplace for a $350~ item. The purchase was processed same day of the order. Then complete utter silence from Costway, I did not receive any updates on the shipment, no notifications or emails that the item has shipped. It's like they just took my money then went off the face of the Earth. I contacted them various ways through their customer service emails three time, contacted them through their Facebook page, I even contacted the carrier. It wasn't until I contacted BestBuy about the situation and explained how I went various ways to communicate with them and that I got no response for two weeks.
BestBuy contacted them same day, and guess what, Costway contacted me immediately then updated my order, along with tracking info, all the details I needed.
Very poorly run company, Costway is a complete scam if you don't fight for your item. If you are going to order from Costway, do it through a marketplace like BestBuy or Amazon, do not order directly from them.
Very frustrating to deal with them.
Nov 01 2022: I ordered a dresser, it was delivered on time but during assembly it seemed one of the pre-assembled boards had a wheel facing the wrong side. So I asked Costway a simple question - here is the pic of the board and does it look Okay? Costway dragged their feet like hell: give me the order details, then what's the SKU #, then whats the tracking number, then 'sorry cannot find the order pls contact wayfair'. Repeatedly: I was like 'just tell me if this piece is right or wrong' - but they were "nope, can't find your order and cannot support you". When I finally reach out to Wayfair support (which was great) - Costway found my order right away after 10 days of dragging feet. Issue is yet to be resolved and will update here how it goes.

I purchased a Costway brand dehumidifier in July 2020, ran it for two months during the summer and I restarted it in June of 2021. By the end of September the condenser coils in the back of the unit began to freeze. There is no way to access these coils to assess the repair or replace parts. I contacted Costway and they indicated since I purchased the unit in July of 2020 it was out of warranty. They refused to replace the unit or the defective parts. I explained the unit ran for a total of 7 months only. Costway refused to help. The customer service rep requested pictures of the defective unit and parts so I ran the unit, it iced up again and I took pictures and sent them along. The customer service department indicated the unit was defective (duh!) and to dispose of it. They were no help at all. They offered me a 5% discount on the same unit which cost me hundreds of dollars. Do not buy from this company or this brand, it sells cheap crappy products at a high price and they do not stand by the products bearing their name. Costway is definitely on my "DO NOT BUY LIST". I would zero rate Costway if it were possible.

Safety alert. Purchased above patio swing from Costway. After about 9 months and very sparing use, the seat tore down when I sat down and I fell into swing. Lucky I was not seriously injured. I weight only 150 lbs. someone heavier could have been badly hurt, broken their hips or something. I wrote to Costway about a replacement or refund about 4 weeks ago but no response yet.
I don't like being an angry customer and having been the proprietor of my own businesses I know first hand the importance of good customer service

But what does it take to get my order right
I have outlined thoroughly
1) I ordered specifically the blue footbath and I have witness to it that I clicked blue option
For whatever reason the original order say white when I DID IN FACT CLICK ON THE BLUE Yet received the white one
2) I hated the white one it looked like a large mop bucket
3) I explained this was for health reasons and needed it as soon as possible
4) I included photos of the footbath that I wanted
5) I was told I could not exchange it and had to fuss about that and when I asked for manager they sent return shipping label
6) I was told that Costway could not expedite the order Although I waited for delivery, received wrong
Footbath, had to receive return label, had to pay for car to get box to drop off, had to wait for new order
7) I was also told by signing up with email that I would receive 10 percent discount. Which I did not
8) I was also told I would receive $10 off instead I received a $10 off on my next order over $100
AND NOW RECEIVE THE SAME FOOT BATH AS I ORIGINALLY RECEIVED

AGAIN I want and received the white one again
