If I would've read the reviews about Corvette Mods, LLC I would have never ever ever done business with them. In all my years working on cars I have never dealt with a company that could care less about their customers more than this company. I ordered product from them they sent the wrong product they did not stand behind it the refund finally was half of what I paid for the item and it took almost five months And almost 50 emails and phone calls to get them to agree to give me a refund. There are a lot of companies that cater to the Corvette industry that you can deal with Run away from this company did not give them a dime - not a dime, read the horror stories on the forums and the reviews before you even consider doing business with them.

These people are the worst. I placed an order with Ebay on 1-28-19. I then cancelled the order 26 minutes later but they refused to accept the cancellation. I emailed them on 2-4-19 with no response. I then went to Paypal and when they contacted Corvette Moron, they shipped the item instead of a refund. I never got the item but it showed delivered so Paypal denied my claim. I then went to the post office and got documentation along with a photo of the package with the right tracking number but the wrong address. I spoke with Julia at CM customer service and she refused to help me. I finally got the refund on Wednesday, 3-6-19. They screwed up and I had to jump through hoops to get my money back. I kinda feel like flying down there and confronting these white trash $#*! holes.

Recently purchased a stage 3 center wicker for a c7. After one week two of the mounting holes cracked. Contacted the service department and they ask me to send pics of the cracked part( seems to be a common thing with these people). Several go no where phone calls later they said that part did not arrive cracked and it was installed wrong. They said the screws where put in too tight. They must think all people are stupid. NEVER buy anything from this so called corvette supply place. Just wasted 300.00 dollars but better than loosing more in the long run.

Terrible customer service. I placed my order two weeks ago for headlight replacement bulbs. After one week, they had t shipped, so I asked if I could cancel because my headlight is out and I need to fix it quickly. I'm rudely told they would try but couldn't guarantee it. I said ok thank you and asked to be updated when she knew. Well, another week goes by, and I just buy bulbs elsewhere (which have already arrived) and I again ask to cancel my order. Again I'm told they will ask but can't guarantee it. I remind her I asked a week ago for the same thing and she says the same thing. No update on when or if my order will ship. Just a canned response. Save yourself the trouble and don't bother buying anything from this company.

They have received my merchandise back and never posted a 70.00 credit to my account. I have tried emailing, calling, providing all the information they requested such as returned receipts, still no refund to my account after 11 months. Do not ever trust this company. I believe they will close this business down in the near future. Im now in the process of informing the better business bureau and Contacting my attorney. Do not do business with this company. They are truly highway robbers!

Now, what does this mean to you? "Direct Factory Replacement" and "Manufactured to fit your 1968 - 1989 Corvette"?

To me, it means it should be a good fit, without modification to my vehicle.

Well, it is NOT. Even the instructions say you must pull another wire to make the thing operate.

Well, I got an RMA for return. They expected me to pay the returned postage because they "shipped what I ordered". I complained, said it was NOT my fault the antenna was not a fit and I was NOT going to destroy an original car to use their falsely advertised product.

I am still waiting on customer service to call me to advise return postage paid. Ginger, the Customer Service Manager is very difficult to deal with and is not responsive when it comes to providing GOOD customer service

Customer Service said it was advertised as being an "upgrade". I asked them how that solved the problem with the fit and their false advertising. Could not answer.

I advised them I WOULD post a bad rating for them but this had no bearing on trying to keep a potential customer happy. Did not seem to matter.

I talked to Zach in tech support. He told me the antenna is NOT a direct replacement and required additional wiring.

Corvette Mods does not appear to be a reputable company nor do they I will NOT do further business with them. I have three Corvettes. They will not get any of my business nor of any of my friends. Period.

I ordered ACC engine dress up from this guys but they send me a the wrong one! They send me the one that doesn't fit my car and on top of that the product were not in good condition! I called customer service not very easy to get through and when i finally talk to Julia she ask me to send pictures and until now i still havent receive a responce from them! I really regret buying parts from this guys i wish i did my research first and read reviews from corvettemods! Never again i would order from them! Save your self a stress and stay away from corvettemods

Hello cyber world. Hopefully this will keep you all from buying from this company!
I recently purchased a set of headers for one of my C3 Corvettes.
And asked many questions before purchasing.
And was told that there has never been an issue with this product.
I received them. They looked great. They seemed a little long and low. When I placed them on my workbench. So I call there tec support and question them again.
And they reassured me that I should have no problem at all.
So I installed their product. To my surprise they were not only sitting way to low. One inch from the ground. They also will not except the z bar for my cluch. Witch makes them useless!
So I call back and explained my issue.
And all they can say is sorry. Now that you have installed them we will not take them back...
And told me to sell them on eBay. They
Would not put me in contact with there manager. Saying they were to busy and that the manager would be telling me the same thing.
How on earth does a business run this way?
I'm so disappointed with this outcome.
I will be contacting the better business bureau.
Please be advised to NEVER spend your hard earned money with this bull$#*! company.
I will continue to exploit there unprofessional ways.

As I asked them. If you were me and purchased something for your car. And then talked with there tec support team before installing To Make Sure there shouldn't be any issues. And then when there was and issue. And are useless.
Then was told sorry sell them on eBay. Would you be fine with that.
And there response was sure I'd just resell them. This company has no business being in business!

This company cannot complete the simplest of requests and their customer service team does not understand the meaning of customer service. I ordered the wrong part on a Friday evening and tried to stop it before the part shipped out Monday morning. Called them immediately at 9:00 AM their time and there answering service hung up on me due to "high volume of calls". That should have been my first clue. Tried back 10 minutes later got a live person and asked them to stop the original order as well as place the correct order. They told me they would try but they had to email their supplier. Called three more times that day only to find out according to them they could not stop the order. At this point, I believe this is how they make money, because there is no reason for what happened next. I followed their RMA rules and waited for them to send me an RMA authorization. It took abnormally long to get the RMA but I decided to send the part back anyway for a refund. I called 6 times over the next 3 months to make sure they had the part and that they were processing the request. I later found out, like others of us that have had difficulties with the company, Corvette Mods was in a dispute with their supplier. Why that should impact my return I do not know. Finally 3 months and 10+ phone calls after I made my order I received a refund... less the supposed shipping they paid to have my order shipped in the first place. So if your keeping track, I paid $80 for a part I didn't need (shipping was supposedly included at the time because it was part of a larger order) I then returned the item which cost $7 to ship back, and then they refunded me $66 because they had to pay shipping the first time. SMH
PS. I ordered a part from ZIP Corvette during this same time, it didn't work for my application and I returned it. From the time I returned it to the time I had a refund was 1 week, no RMA, no follow up phone calls, and a happy, satisfied customer. Which company should I use in the future?
