Rude and non existent customer service.

If you have a problem with your order the only way to contact the company is by email. I don't think the people responding speak English since they had a terrible time understanding me. I had two orders, one with two items in it and they could not understand that I had not received the second item. I had an additional order for a very expensive carbon fiber license plate holder. I sent an email asking where it was after two weeks and I got a very rude email back saying they would cancel the order which is not what I was requesting. Do NOT do business with them. If you have a problem with an order you are basically on your own with very slow email responses. The people on the other end do not understand English at all.

I ordered lower rear skirt winglets in hydro carbon fiber, Corvette Mods sent me fake plastic pieces that looks like they are from China! They told me it would take 8 weeks to come in because they were making it. However, it seemed that they were waiting on it to ship from China (my opinion). I asked for a refund and to returned the items, they said this is what you ordered, so no return. This is bad business and they know most customers have no idea what hydro carbon fiber means. Well it mean cheap plastic from China?! I will never ever buy from Corvettemods again.

Do Not Order anything from this company. I ordered two folding C-5 chairs. It took two months to receive the product and they only sent one chair. I submitted a dispute and did not receive my money back for the missing chair. The chair we received is extremely poor quality. Buyer beware.

Tried to order left side marker light part # 9639 the price shows 56.99 I went below to the year/side selection and chose 1970-1974 the price shows 39.99 when I add it to my cart the price jumps to 96.98 for no reason. Don't bother calling customer service you will be on hold forever and then the just end the call? And don't try E-mailing customer service they don't answer this either.

Short ships and won't return emails

Ordered $500+ worth of parts on their website. Corresponding website part numbers do not match packing slip supplied. Ordered 2 of one item and only received one. One item on order was shipped or showed on packing slip. Received an item I didn't even order! Contacted them by email and got no response. Second and third emails, I told them I would dispute charges with credit card company on items I did not receive. I then got an email from them accusing me of cyber theft and they would prosecute to fullest extent of the law. Basically a horrible company to deal with.

The waiting for CS to answer is between 30-70 mins, then when answered there is a guys who has no idea of what's going on on the phone. I placed an order on Friday morning expecting to receive by today — WRONG! Today, I get an email telling me to check my bank account because they sent me a dollar and the want me to verify it.

I'm thinking I will get my product today and not that is far from a reality. I called their so-called customer service line and was on hold for 65mins before someone answered, probably Neal the owner.

Do business elsewhere, do not waste your time with these idiots.

They sent me two of the same pillar seals instead of R &L. Would not accept return or send the missing one. It was their mistake and they would not fix it. They do not answer phones or call back. That says alot right there. Dont do business with Corvette mods you will be sorry. Now I will dispute the charge for wrong item.

If I could have given them a (-5) I would have. When you are buying parts for a high end C8 you expect the company selling the parts to have high end parts. Not peal and stick lights. I spent over $400 and got something I wouldn't put on my kitchen cabinets. I would never put them on a high end car. They do not carry a quality product and they do not stand by there product. They make it impossible to talk to a manager when you have a problem or even get the name of a manager. They are unwilling to take a return that has never even been out of the box. I will never buy from them again. Worst experience with an on line retailer ever.

After 3 business days of waiting for "in stock" items to ship, I requested a refund. They refused because my order was already in "queue". Oh yeah, you can only reach their "customer support" via email. It took thier "cancellation team" 10 hours to DENY my cancellation request. This is day 4 and just had to file a claim with PayPal and my credit card company to try and recover my $200+. This "business" is a total scam and should be avoided at all cost!

Ordered 2021 corvette license plate holder. Came in crushed box with scratches on product that I owed $8.00 to accept. Contacted customer service, said I should have not paid? Product looked like someone sprayed with cheap spray can and missed a few spots. Not impressed with there workmanship.

Ordered an internal trim screw kit which should have contained dozens of various screws, and also required extra shipping (assuming this was for excessive weight). I received 12 wood screws with decorative washer. I Contacted Corvettemods because the parts received did not match the description. I was informed that the parts were correct and they would only refund me price of the parts if I wanted to return them. It cost me about $6.00 to return $3.00 worth of screws. The seller is not interested in doing the right thing and will sacrifice future customers for a quick buck.

I placed an order 4 days ago, the product was in stock. So after the 4 day of still being in process I got on a chat with Tyler. I told them my problem and that I wanted an update for shipping. Tyler have me a phone to call and told me to leave a message. I replied you can't help me with this and Tyler discounted our chat. So very RUDE! I called the number and a man answered and ask what I was looking for. I told him the same story. He said he couldn't help me to call this number and leave a message. So when you are taking my mo ey you can talk and chat but for help after the sale. I have to leave a message and wait? What customers service! He would not help and said I'll transfer you to leave a message if you want help! Then he discounted me. This place is TROUBLE! There are a lot of places I can give my money to and I guarantee it will not be you even if you are the last corvette place in America! I will go buy a McClaren first!

Absolute JOKE!

What a pain! Took two weeks to receive a damaged product. Contacted customer service who are outsourced to Europe, no help at all. I had to send 40 emails in one day to spark a response from them. The representative I spoke was noticeably irritated when telling me that she will contact me when a return has been permitted. So potentially if they ever get back to me it will be a month before I receive my ordered product. Garbage process

Ordered sun visors for my C5 drivers side is fine, passengers side looks like it was a used item, different color plastic, scratched up, sent return form and have not heard a word since. Cannot call return company because it does not exist as a business, no phone or address only email from them to you. Don't buy from here it was my first and last time.

Terrible Customer Service
February 10, 2019

Bought several items from them,. The first one was the wicker spoiler which the sticky foam that goes against my original spoiler did not match and showed after install. When trying to take off the paint fell off. Also purchased smoked overlays for tail lights and they sent me the smoked overlays for the side markers and rear markers. Over three weeks of one response per day via email as they can't give you any info over the phone. Finally after three weeks they ask me to send the items back. Terrible experience won't buy anything again.

This company sucks

I made the mistake of purchasing Part from Corvette mods for my 86 Corvette. It took them forever to ship and when I finally did get them they were damaged from poor packaging and missing items. When I Tried to contact returns they do not have a phone Number. Only through email can you do any correspondence with them. They finally gave me a return authorization but I had to pay for shipping to send back items that were damaged. I never received a refund. They do not return my emails or my phone calls and I am screwed out of $203. Please do not make the same mistake I did and used this Poorly run company.

Horrible service! Don't order from them. If your part is damaged you have to submit a claim online. The people you call should be able to help with this. This was how my gas tank arrived and it looked like it was put in the box this way. Save your money and time and order somewhere else.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

Ordered a Corvette sports car wing for $600 it got lost in transit FedEx won't do anything because Corvette mods refuses to file a loss package claim on their end I disputed the charges they are now threatening to take me to collections and unauthorized took another $620 out of my account. The collection letter states in falsely accuses me of being in possession of their merchandise and trying to create a cyber theft fraud on them. But took $620 out of my account after charges disputed!

Recently purchased a stage 3 center wicker for a c7. After one week two of the mounting holes cracked. Contacted the service department and they ask me to send pics of the cracked part( seems to be a common thing with these people). Several go no where phone calls later they said that part did not arrive cracked and it was installed wrong. They said the screws where put in too tight. They must think all people are stupid. NEVER buy anything from this so called corvette supply place. Just wasted 300.00 dollars but better than loosing more in the long run.

Custom Painted Paradise
October 26, 2017

This company has so many options for custom painted products. My 2017 Grand Sport Corvette now looks like no other. The paint and clear coat quality is better than GM, will definitely be checking back and ordering more.
