Purchased C4R inspired High Rise Hood Addition to your C4 Corvette, no email on purchase from Corvette Mods for two weeks had to ask for confirmation of purchase and item tracking item not as described as on their web page, bond on installation only found out drilling and cutting into corvette hood was necessary to install the hood I emailed Corvette Mods for more instructions, told me to get them from the manufacturer emailed no answer went back to Corvette Mods no answer.

I ordered an air dam. After a week of not seeing any tracking information or anything about shipping, I made multiple calls and got nothing but the run around from people that could not help me.

When I said ship it or cancel my order, they printed a shipping label. Only thing is, it didn't ship for nearly another week.

They are liars and scammers. Stay away.

Do not buy from them.

If you want to throw away good money, order from this company. They sold me a factory defective, headlight actuator and I wasted hours putting it on, running vacuum tests and then taking it off, only to have to buy one from another company. Their Chinese made C3 headlight actuators are defective.

Then they wouldn't refund the money. Customer service can be best described as customer harassment. When I disputed the charge, they threatened to send me to collections.

After 3 business days of waiting for "in stock" items to ship, I requested a refund. They refused because my order was already in "queue". Oh yeah, you can only reach their "customer support" via email. It took thier "cancellation team" 10 hours to DENY my cancellation request. This is day 4 and just had to file a claim with PayPal and my credit card company to try and recover my $200+. This "business" is a total scam and should be avoided at all cost!

Purchased rear bumper lettering. They stated Acrylic letters in first discription. After they took there money it says vinyl lettering. Acrylic is plastic. Wich is what I feel I was lead to BELIEVE. There nothing more than black electrical tape letters. Put them on and there long in some places. 26 dollars I'm out. I took them off and THREW them away. I would not recommend this company after reading there better business complaints that's been filed against them.

This company is the biggest joke ever customer service is crap won't let you talk to a manager says they have to email someone they don't send you and response. They continually hang up on you. Then they do not give you tracking}s and they say no such address when I send them proof we have been here for over 10 years they give me a credit if 16.05 and I paid 45.60 that is bill crap. I even told them here is a drop box address I could pick up there they canceled my order and still no call from a manager. *******@Hotmail.com

Ordered 4 new wheels that showed status as available on their site. After spending $1001. 00 a week later they said the wheels are on national backorder for 2-3 months (even though they still show available on their site now). Requested a full refund and they said it would take 3-7 days. It has been over a month now with no refund. When I request status I get no response either via email or voicemail. They never answer their phone. I have bought from them in the past but no more. Not a supplier you can trust!

It was a blessing to find a place were you can find almost everything for my Corvette, but it's too bad that their customer service department has a don't care attitude with questions or issues. I personally don't like to do business a company that don't treat their customers with a good attitude, compassion and understanding. Will seek out a competitor who care about their customers.

For two years I have fighting them for a sun visor that I returned because it looked like it came out of a salvage car. The visor came from MODERN GEN and it was sent back to them. I even paid to have it shipped back because they screwed up the return label. So they sent me in collections.

Bought a HID Conversation kit for a Corvette. Was Cheap, hacked up, plastic, missing parts, missing instructions, missing wiring diagrams. Contacted them. They couldn't have cared less. Checked BBB. Seems this is there Normal.

I ordered sun visors which were expensive. $175 The part broke before i could get it into the car. They wanted me to spend all kind of time emailing them before they even would consider helping me. Clearly in hope I would give up and go away.

Don't use this company. Just some good advise.

Painted fender extension for c7 came with cracked paint. I was instructed to return it and they would exchange it. I sent it back before their stated deadline, thinking they would reimburse me for shipping since THEY shipped a bad part! In my many emails and calls, my questions were avoided. Then they stopped returning my calls. They didnt even acknowledge the BBB in their effort to reach out to them. Their guarantees are no good! You take a chance when ordering from corvette mods!. If u get the wrong part, Or defective part, by no fault of you... according to them, the burden of returning... its on YOU! The consumer!

Ordered splash Guards for a 2018 Grand Sport December 2020, February 2021 not received, Disputed charges with credit card, Claimed it was shipped, Bogus shipping number, Back in dispute with card company. Will not order anything from them again, Dishonest people.

I ordered an antenna wire. Six days later and order hasn't even been filled. Really! WTF! I inquired. Was told " you will receive a shipping notification when it gets shipped" I mean no apologies or even a kiss my $#*! or anything... I will never order from Corvette moods again!

One star is too high of a rating.
I recently placed an order for custom fluid cap covers for my C6 Corvette. They sent me the wrong parts, would not pay for the return shipping & charged me a restocking fee & shipping adjustment cost.
I would avoid this company at all costs. They do not care for the customer

They will send you damaged parts and not refund u your shipping or taxes plus they keep a big amount. I lost over 100 dollars from 205 dollars. This company is bad. I had spent hundred of dollars witht but there return process is a scam. I recommend ppl to look somewhere else. They send u damaged parts and still keep your money.

New to the c8 corvette and came across this site. I ordered 8 different parts 4 weeks ago I have received 3 of them. The tracking number says delivered, no update on my order status for the items I have not received and ZERO communication after several inquiries. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

Originally purchased an item online which was never properly delivered. USPS lost my package in the mail. Corvette Mods instructed me to open an investigation to prove the item had been lost since the tracking stated it was delivered to my mailbox. I obliged and forwarded the case investigation report from USPS. Corvette Mods proceeded to tell me I am a liar and had actually received the package ignoring the case report from USPS stating the package had indeed been lost. I warned them I will be disputing the charge on my credit card if they did not refund my money or send another item in the mail. The charge was later disputed only to find Corvette Mods had saved my credit card information and fraudulently charged my credit card for an even larger amount than the previously placed order without my authorization. I was also notified via email from Corvette Mods the next day that I was accused of cyber theft and fraud. They threatened to take me to collections if I did not return the item they claim is in my possession (it's not) or pay them the money "I owe them". I refused. I sent them all the correspondence I had with USPS and even went as far as having a representative from USPS draft an email which specifically stated the package had been deemed lost. They have not responded to me and are currently under investigation by my credit card company for criminally charging my account without authorization. I had to cancel my credit cards and start over since they stole my personal information. These people deserve to be fined/arrested. Don't EVER purchase from this company. I beg you.
