Horrible customer service for sub-par products. Sometimes you won't even receive the product. I would do your hw before ordering and watch out some of the good reviews maybe fake. Check with the BBB.

Brothers, You will find many options for parts. My experience was when choosing the better quality part and paying top dollar. They will ship you the cheap part, or maybe what ever they have on the shelf.
I simply wanted to return the part that I received for a refund. I was then told that I "received the part that I ordered". After sending many clear pictures etc. To date I have not received a return authorization or a refund... BEWARE, Really poor customer service...

I have just submitted a full written report of this crook using my credit card over and over again fraudulently... he has now submitted a claim to my credit? Lol... my credit is over 800 so I notified my bank and the fraud division for my card and am now actively pressing charges... I ordered 4 items at beginning of the year... it took months and never got an item or reply so I cancled my order and contacted my bank for refund... he then started sending items... all if them wrong... all of them requiring me to send back and then he tried to require funds thru my account... my bank denied him so he started sending me threatening emails. I laughed at him and told him to blow... he then used my card again fraudulently... for 40 bucks lol... I canceled my card and file a police report... now... he's trying to send me to collections for 119 dollars? My banks fraud division took over and tge attorney I keep on retainer is preparing a demand letter... then I will get a judgment and file a lien... you may be used to screwing your customers but this time you picked the wrong bull... so I have flooded social media and all corvette pages with copies of your reviews. To anyone reading this. Do NOT purchase ANYTHING from this second rate conman... everything on his site is available cheaper from source suppliers he rips off... I am going to cost him as much money as possible as he decided he wanted my FULL attention

This company is a disaster to work with. Steer clear! Get your credit card company involved BEFORE your return. Corvette Mods has an "F" rating from BBB.

Worse company ever. Hundreds of complaints at BBB. I ordered 4 shocks. Two don't work properly, one has oil all over it, and one is for a different vehicle. I have one shock that seems good. Asked for a return, sent pictures in and they said my return has been denied. Will not return emails and the guy on the phone, if they answer, says there is nothing he can do. I will be putting a complaint in with the BBB and notifying my credit card company of fraud.

Very poor service. Placed order two months ago still have not received my product. I was told by customer service if I cancel the order I will pay 25% fee of the cost. Do not use this company

I recently order a Power Steering Slave Cylinder from CorvetteMods. After receiving the product, I was unable to locate a local service center to install the part. When I attempted to return for refund to the company, I was taken through a Ridiculous cancelation process never speaking to a live body. Net result they have refused to refund. No one should ever order from this fraudulent business.

December 2020 I purchased a new Corvette and ordered a high wing spoiler from Corvette Mods CM. The spoiler was drop shipped from Extreme Online Store EOS. The drilling template was missing. I contacted CM and they stated it didn't come with a template. I assured them that EOS stated that it did. CM would only email me and they kept stating that the spoiler didn't come with a drill template. After 6 months of arguing I called EOS direct and they sent me a template out quickly. I will never buy from them again.

CorvetteMods took my money and I have not received my order after 3 weeks. First I paid what they said part cost, then a couple days later they said the price went up with out them knowing and I owed more which i was dumb enough to pay. They wont answer phone only keep telling me by email that looks like a 10 year old is responding. My customer after years of working on their car wont be returning to me after this situation. I couldnt even give them a tracking number or nothing. So if part ever do show up, Im stuck with it. STAY AWAY

Get shipping notification for 12 items, one shows up with tracking for entire order, later got one other part with no tracking info but now it is on me to prove what didn't show up.
Keep all packaging, packing slips, tracking numbers, etc - you WILL NEED THEM! Customer service can't even tell me what shipped to me out of my entire order from 6 weeks ago but it is my responsibility to prove what I didn't get. I am shocked! PLEASE do NOT do business with them. They will NOT cancel my order either for the 10 items of 12 I did NOT receive.

Corvette Mods sent me the wrong part after their sales member confirmed the part was correct on the phone several times. I tried returning the part but their returns department is completely separate/outsourced from their sales team. They are not affiliated in any way. They said the part had to be returned in 7 days or they would not give me a refund. I was on vacation at the time so I am stuck with the wrong part. I can't believe they are still in business. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Purchased a rear spring mounting kit for C3 corvette in August of 2020. Upon opening the package today there are missing pcs. Specifically the cups that the bushings sit it. Customer service says there is a 45 day return on missing parts which is total bs. You should be able to open a package at anytime after your purchase and have it packaged properly. Don't ever do business with these people again because their customer service is horrible. Representatives are very non cooperative and just repeat company policies. Never again will they get my business

C5 rear deck lid emblem started coming apart after 20 years. So I bought a new one. Lasted less than 2 months… literally started melting - then separated after a rain storm. April 13-June 7. Pics don't lie. Not within 30 days, so they won't replace/refund. Please PLEASE stick with Zip or Ecklers or MidAmerica… I shop several places to keep them honest - how could I not have known Corvette Mods are total crooks?! $#*!!

Stay away! One if the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They sent me the wrong item twice then tried blaming it in me even called me names like "not the sharpest tool in the shed". What kind of customer service responds like this? After taking it up with my credit card company they sent be threatening emails to charge me with "cyber theft" and send me to collections. These guys are a complete joke, shop elsewhere. Look at all the negative reviews.

Ordered a part from Corvette Mods and received is a week later. The part was deeply scratched and all bent up. Contacted them within 5 minutes of receiving the package in the mail and got someone in a call center that gave me a list of information they needed and an email to send it to. I prepared all the information and sent the email only to receive an email back from them with a form to complete along with the same request for the information I had already sent to them. I completed the form and resent all the information along with the pictures I had sent before. 3 days later they tell me that they cannot process my claim because I have not provided the pictures they requested. I resent the pictures and asked for a confirmation of receiving the pictures. They then sent back and said they would be forwarding on the information to the department that would review and decide if a refund could be issued. Then a few minutes later I received another email from them telling me that they could not process my claim until I sent them pictures. Based on what I have read on the internet about Corvette Mods, LLC, I am not expecting to get a refund anytime soon or at all. I have washed my hands of this and turned it over to the credit card company. Do not buy anything from Corvette Mods, LLC!

Absolutely terrible experience. What a joke. I ordered 5mm wheel spacers and they showed up measuring 3.17mm. No big deal I thought, I'll contact them send these back and they'll send the correct ones.
After sending them pictures of the spacers measuring 3.17mm they responded "those look like 5mm to me"... ummmm what? Then they said that 5mm spacers didn't exist (even though that's what I ordered, right off of their site) and that I'd need to go to 10mm.
Then they said I could return them (at my shipping expense) for store credit! YOU SENT THE WRONG PART, REPLACE THEM AT YOUR EXPENSE OR REFUND ME. SIMPLE!

Absolutely garbage convertible top weather stripping. They have a box upon check out that you must check. It states if you order from them there is no returns if opened, looked at, received, or basically anything. No returns "satisfaction guaranteed" total BS. Worked with credit card company for purchase satisfaction. Company sent email threatening I was being a cyber thief! For 211$ worth of junk weather strips. This company has no value to its customers. Use Ecklers or Mid America. Avoid this scam hot pile of garbage of a company!

Corvette mods has taken $220 out of my acct for an item they do not have. Now they are keeping my money through an extended cancellation process. Numerous emails and phone calls have been disregarded by corvette mods. This company is horribly dishonest and has been reported to the BBB 256 different occasions. Do not order online from them or Modern Gen which is the same company
