I called Corvette Mods and asked for a recommendation on Headers for a C5 Corvette. I purchased the ones they recommended. When I received them two reputable mechanics said they were the wrong ones for the C5. I notified Corvette Mods, they kept delaying having a discussion with me about it and switched me from department to department and after shuffling me for over a week they said they would not refund my money because time had lapsed on returning the item.

Should have read up on them.
Ordered a C8 jacket for a friend. Asked for help on sizing. Don't know Does anyone? Try customer service. They did not know. When is shipping date? Don't know. Ordered as a gift. Showed up late. Does not fit. Tried to return. Call customer service. 3X no one answered. Said call during business hours. It was 3 X. Then the sales person would not give an MRA... Oh by the why I have to pay sipping again.
HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
PS Was not able to copy photo, image or down load to your site?

False advertising and horrible customer service. Ordered what was believed to be lower coil covers and they send cheap aluminium flat stock painted for 140.00 that has double sided tape to stick to the motor. NEVER AGAIN...

Corvettemods are difficult to return anything you wish to return, it's near impossible to get them to answer the phone or email. Much better to locate the manufacturer directly, l won't be ever buying from Corvettemods ever again!

Use caution when purchasing from CorvetteMods. I returned my items and never received a credit. Customer service was well below expectations. Also, I never could get in touch with a manager to discuss my refund. Buyer BEWARE!

I am by no means a mechanic or car expert so I relay on companies like CorvetteMods and my local pro shop to give me advice and recommendations on my 2002 ZO6. I have purchased many products from this company times in the past with great customer service and advice. Most recent purchase was so different! It was like calling India or Pakistan! The parts I ordered (wheel spacers) clearly stated on the website that they fit my Vettes year/model. I took the the car into my local professional Vette specialty shop, American Customs in Sylvania, OH, great reputation and the best service ever! They said they the fronts will not work and will rub. Ok so I sent in a RMA request and it was denied with no explanation as to why. There response was "hi, your claim was denied. You received an email. Which I did not as I had to follow up to find out what was going on. I then called in to dispute and got nowhere My sense is this company has been bought and under different ownership. The CS people at CorvetteMods know nothing about Vettes. BEWARE!

When receiving my ZR 1 wing for my Corvette Z06, it did not include the mounting hardware. I contacted CorvetteMods customer service to inform them that the hardware was missing and that the rear of my car had been removed and I needed the screws as soon as possible. I asked that they send the hardware express or at the very least, priority shipping. Instead, they acted as if it was my fault that the shipment was incomplete, and, that I was causing them a huge inconvenience. After sending them pictures of the items that I received in the package as requested, they still acted as if I were not telling the truth about the hardware not being included. Finally, I was given a tracking number for the missing hardware package that was to be shipped to me. When checking the tracking number for the shipment 8 days later, it showed that the package label was created but the package had not been picked up for shipping. It took over 2 weeks to receive the missing hardware. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company due to their unwillingness to resolve this issue, they accused me of cyber theft and threatened me with legal action. At the end of the day, once this company has your money, they could care less about you as a customer. If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, good luck with getting them to work with you to get the issue resolved.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. On December 4th I placed an order for a Christmas gift. Checking the order online it says "processing". I emailed customer service and told them to cancel the order if it had not shipped. The answer I got back was that I would received a "tracking number soon". My best guess is this is a lie. Almost 3 weeks since I ordered and no tracking number. The order was for a shirt - no personalization, nothing special or custom. What a sad joke this company is.

My wife ordered me two items from this website. A corvette cap and a long sleeve corvette C8 pullover top. The cap was very poorly made and the material so thin it would not hold its form. However the real issue was the pullover top. I wear a large and ordered a men's XL to be sure it fit comfortably. It arrived marked XL and I could not get it on! Not sure what size it was but wherever they order their products it clearly lacks the quality needed to insure a proper fit. We called to return and told them the pullover was not properly sized. We were notified they would not pay for return postage and had to nerve to charge a restocking fee! So we ended up with a partial return credit and out of pocket $35.00 with nor merchandise. They did not offer any remedy and I refuse to do business with this company again.

Placed an order on November 24. The order consisted of three parts. The first two parts came in as promised. The shifter that was described as in stock was not shipped. I did not receive any form of communication from CorvetteMods. Today is the 15th of December, I still have not received a call, email, or text from them. I called the customer service number to be told that hopefully, the part will ship out sometime this week. I was advised to call back if the part did not show up next week. You can not speak to the shipping dept or any type of supervisor. If I was told it was going to take almost a month to have the part shipped, I would have picked a different supplier.

Ordered a stainless steel belt tensioner cover from these clowns and it arrived looking nothing like the picture on their website. You cannot talk to anyone in the "The returns dept", only email. After 3 emails they finally authorized a return after I convinced them to look at the damn picture on their own website. Wouldn't you know, they changed it after my complaint. But I still had to pay return shipping even though it was clearly their error. Will see how fast I get my money back. They also sell on EBay under "moderngenauto". Their recent reviews and their BBB rating is less than stellar. Stay away from these people. Buyer Beware! That's all I have to say.
