I have placed two orders with CorvetteMods and both orders were a disaster. The first order consists of "Under-the-Hood LED Red Lights." Instead of CorvetteMods sending the "Red LED Lights," the order arrived with "Soft White LED Lights." I immediately notified CorvetteMods of their mistake. I spoke to Julia. CorvetteMods replaced that mistake by sending me two "LED Interior Lights" that I do not need. To this date CorvetteMods have not corrected their mistake. My second order was placed with Walmart, whom placed my order with CorvetteMods. The second order consists of a "Chrome Billet License Plate Frame." Instead of CorvetteMods securing the item with bubble wrap and placing in a box, CorvetteMods used two yellow 8 X 11 envelop by cutting and taping the envelopes together causing the "License Plate" to become damage (bent) during shipment to me. The license are not flat as it should be. When I contact CorvetteMods, there was no answer so I contact Walmart.com customer service. I spoke to Sheila at Walmart.com and she stated that she would help me to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

GREAT experience with Corvette mods!
I ordered some ZR1 replica wheels for my dads Christmas gift. I was a little nervous that the wheels wouldn't arrive on time seeing as I ordered them at the beginning of December, but they got to me VERY promptly. I had a few questions about them and customer service was A1. I missed them the first time I tried calling but they called right back ASAP. Most importantly my dad LOVED the wheels! Absolutely beautiful in gloss black and well packaged. I would recommend Corvette mods to all!

I ordered 2 ceramic mugs. Paid $38.97. They arrived broken. I didn't even fully remove them from the original packaging. I took pics and emailed the company. It took days for any response I even tried calling which was a total waste of time. Finally I got a RMA number and it cost me $13.00 in shipping to return the very broken products. See attached photos. I was notified that they received the items back and will have to file a claim with the shipper then they will get back to me. Are you serious? Any claim they have to put in with the shipper is their problem. I either want a replacement or a refund. This company is horrible with standing behind their product and customer service. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! $42 later and I have nothing but a headache. It has been 1 month so now it's time to call my credit card company and dispute the charge.

Bought several items from them,. The first one was the wicker spoiler which the sticky foam that goes against my original spoiler did not match and showed after install. When trying to take off the paint fell off. Also purchased smoked overlays for tail lights and they sent me the smoked overlays for the side markers and rear markers. Over three weeks of one response per day via email as they can't give you any info over the phone. Finally after three weeks they ask me to send the items back. Terrible experience won't buy anything again.
